We traveled to Phoenix for a week to include my attendance at Gartner Supply Chain Conference at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge resort. The rooms were all booked there so had to find an alternate where she could enjoy a resort atmosphere while I attended the conference and meetings for 3 days. Found the Omni Scottsdale and thought it looked wonderful. We were not disappointed, what a great place to spend a week. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, food is great, prices are reasonable including room rates for some of the finest views in Arizona. I got to spend a little afternoon time poolside before and after the conference and would definitely return. They provide ample high quality towels and continuous poolside pitchers of ice water throughout the day to ensure guests don't dehydrate in the Arizona sun (temps ranged from 99 - 107 our week). Even at the highest temps of course, poolside is a relaxing and comfortable place to be, just stay hydrated. We made a day trip to Sedona that is only a 2 hour drive, which was awesome as always, weather was perfect. We just loved this resort and hated to leave, we practically lived on the large balcony with that spectacular view the whole week. We vowed to return with daughter and a friend joining us next year. One last point, when we got home we discovered she had left her favorite bathing suit and another item hanging on hook behind the bathroom door (always check there on departure) and the service was again just perfect. A quick call to the Omni and Justin immediately confirmed her articles had been recovered and would be shipped at very low cost to our home. That's the way to serve your customers, well done Omni! We are Gold members now and will make good use of it in the future.

Highly recommend first class all the way! Perfect for a romantic getaway or girls weekend! Beautiful grounds, wonderful pools and the cabanas are a must! Rooms are very spacious, balcony great for a relaxing view of camelback mountain.

I'm currently staying at the Omni and have to say it has not met my expectations for a 5-star hotel of this caliber. I usually stay at the Ritz Dove Mountain which has excellent service and was expecting a similar experience here. Unfortunately that has not been the case. The rooms at the Omni are on the older side. The sheets yellowed from use. And to top it off, I requested turn-down and when I came back to my room, all they did was close the curtains and tuck in my bed sheets. I'm used to 5-star properties (and 4-star ones) leaving a chocolate and comfortable slippers by your bedside, organizing your toiletries. It's the little things that are completely lacking here. Next time I will try the Sanctuary Camelback or go back to the Ritz at Dove Mountain.

this hotel is one we have stayed at a number of times and each time it just gets better and better and better. We spent four nights / five days here this week and it was just wonderful. The staff could not be more accommodating. The food excellent. The pools overlooking Camelback Mountain breath-taking. The biggest challenge was getting motivated to leave the hotel it was so nice!

Our room was on the second floor of building 2 overlooking the pool. The room was clean and spacious. We were reasonably close to the registration area and very near the restaurant. Room service was very adequate, and the staff pleasant.
