Reviews for Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this location. With Camelback Mountain in the background, we were in awe every morning when we stepped outside. The staff from the moment we arrived, were so helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond what we are used to. Everybody had a smile on their face and were courteous. We ran out of time and didn't get to check out the spa and one of the restaurants but we will definitely try to make it back!

I loved every minute of my stay at the Omni Resort in Scottsdale. The rooms were immaculate and had a luxurious bathroom. I enjoyed working out in the gym and laying poolside (great poolside food and drink service!). Everything was excellent and I cannot wait to plan my trip back.

Room and hotel is very nice but showing signs of age. Food in restaurant was above average. Someone needs to look into rodents in the walls and ceiling of the suite we had, however. That was very distressing to my wife, and woke both of us up each night.

Unfortunately our stay included many mishaps. From no pool drink service upon arrival, broken air conditioners in 2 different rooms. Incorrect items delivered for room service. Double charged for undelivered food items. Scheduling issued at time of couples massages. Staff was not fluent in English language. Missing items upon room move due to air conditioner not working where we had to completely take everything from one room to another at 4:30am. Really bad experience.
