Awesome!!!
Excellent accommodations, staff was warm and welcoming, Spa was excellent! Restaurants were great. Loved the outdoor vibe with fire pits for socialization. Definitely my go to in Pheonix, AZ

Expected better from a "world class resort".
The resort is beautiful. We were there for the weekend for a wedding. The front desk and valet demonstrated poor communication and service. They were polite and friendly, but our check in was delayed for over an hour without communication and valet never brought our bags. We also requested something from housekeeping that never came. This is not acceptable for an expensive "world class resort". We were also not told where the events were for the wedding in the resort. There were no signs for the welcome party, and the signs for the wedding were on the opposite side of the resort from where we were staying. Other than that the suite we were in was nice, with a large bathroom. The food and service at the welcome party and wedding was excellent.

A delightful, restful and perfect getaway for work and/or pleasure
Our organization held our Founders Weekend event at this location and found it to be an excellent choice for our staff and ministry partners. From the moment we arrived until we left, we enjoyed our time at the Omni Scottsdale and would recommend it to anyone!

Love coming to the Omni in Scottsdale
Omni never disappoints of providing quality service and a great experience. The spa has a very friendly staff and wonderful amenities that make you feel ease. We love going to the adult adults only pool as well as the main pool to relax and just lay out and decompress from our chaotic life. The restaurants are always very satisfying and the staff is always extremely friendly and provide great service. We come every year to celebrate our wedding that we had at the Omni

Leadership Event
The staff was great. They gave ecellent service at the adult pool, with good restaurant recommendations. I even got a ride from staff on a golf cart when they knew I was running late for my day one check-in at my business event.
