Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Our stay at the Omni Hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully done. The service was impeccable, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautiful and inviting. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was amazing, and the entire dining experience was wonderful. And the views were simply stunning! Overall, the Omni Montelucia exceeded our expectations. Beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, incredible food, and breathtaking views made for a truly memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

The staff at the Omni is so friendly and always helpful. Every interaction I had with them was always positive-they changed my room as per my request but kept the view to Camelback mountain. Just delightful people.

We chose this hotel because it is part of The Edit by Chase Travel and has strong reviews overall. Our experience with the service was fantastic from start to finish—all of our Edit benefits (including early check-in, room upgrade etc) were fully honored, and the hospitality was truly excellent. Since we were celebrating a milestone birthday, the front office even sent up a lovely gift of champagne and cookies, which was a wonderful touch. The main downside was the condition of the rooms, which felt tired and in need of maintenance. In our first room, the king bed was old, squeaky, and resting on an incorrect foundation. The staff kindly moved us to a second room after our first night where the bed was fine, but we noticed a faucet handle that was very stiff and hard to turn. Additionally, the water in both rooms was extremely hard, making it difficult to rinse away soap scum. While the property itself needs some service updates, the outstanding staff and top-tier service made for a very welcoming stay.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Adult pool was nice and water temperature was comfortable. The food for our corporate event was VERY delicious at every meal!
