Toenail on bathroom floor, peeling paint and hole in ceiling, loud buzzing noise all through the night. For the money I paid, I am completely disappointed. I believe the same upkeep could be found at a motel 6.

From the moment you arrive you are greeted warmly but a helpful team at valet. They can send your bags straight to your room to allow you to start relaxing as soon as you enter the property. There are fire pits in all common spaces to add to the the beautiful atmosphere and keep you warm on chilly days. I was there for a conference and the work spaces were clean and set up well for a day full of learning. The resort rooms were perfection and I truly did not want to check out. I can't wait to return when I don't have to work and can enjoy even more Omni has to offer.

The Omni itself is beautiful after dark with great vibes an ambience. The food at Prada was cold, and lacked taste not to mention flavor. Too highly priced! Bed was extremely uncomfortable and room in general could withstand decor updating! The exterior grounds are dirty, lacks maintenance; concrete/staircases need major cleaning, marred walls and painted walkways need to be freshened up.

Had high hopes for this place but it sadly was mostly disappointing. Rooms are spacious, nice view of mountain but definitely dated. Resort grounds are pretty. Pool areas are too small for the number of guests staying here. Restaurants are very limited in offering, prices are ridiculous for what you get. Prado was a huge disappointment. So overpriced and the food was mediocre at best. The coffee shop had limited options and again nothing special. Spa prices are insane. Still got a massage thinking it was be great at this price, sadly mediocre. Spa pool area looks run down. No service till over an hour past stated time. Amenity area is small, nothing co ed except waiting area that looks like a swingers club with beds and curtains. All in all many misses at this place go elsewhere.
