Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

This place was amazing, the food, drinks, room, pool, everything. We will be coming back for more staycations for sure.

Our short stay at the Omni Scottsdale at Montelucia was wonderful. The Valet team was on-point always (especially Adrian, Michael, and Adam), and check-in was a breeze. The property was a beauty to explore - even in 111 degree heat. Hawa at Crave was so warm and welcoming, and Antonio and Javier at Prado provided such outstanding service. We cannot wait to visit again!

Beautiful location, attentive staff, very good food and drink (and we are pretty picky and critical of food, plus have special diet requirements). Nice spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Felt taken care of at every turn. Recommend, and would stay again.

From the moment we arrived it was like stepping in to the sights and sounds of Spain! The look and the feel of the place was very beautiful and calming. First night had a great experience at Taqueria Centro where our waiter, Ismael P, gave us great suggestions from our appetizer, meal, and desserts! He also went above and beyond to ensure we had coffee with our desserts. Once he found out we were going to Prado the next evening, he reviewed ask the top items to order. We took all the suggestions and he was spot on! Javier was our waiter at Prado and we were excited to see Ismael working there as well. The rooms were large and very nicely decorated. We had room service for breakfast which came timely and was tasty! We spent the day at the pool and Ray (Reigh?) was making sure we had all the food and drinks we needed. She was excellent. Even the bellboy who took us to our room in a gold cart gave us a quick tour and showed us where everything was located. Overall the customer service was top notch and amazing! The resort completely blew us away from the moment we arrived. The surrounding desert and mountain scenery are breathtaking, and right upon entering, the welcoming staff and incredible signature scent in the lobby immediately set a relaxing tone. The property features several fantastic pools, complete with wonderful poolside cocktails and attentive staff. We also took full advantage of the spa facilities, where my wife got a wonderful massage. A standout moment was relaxing by the rooftop pool at the spa, where we received stellar service from Carlos. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and ensured we were completely taken care of throughout the day. Everything about this property made for a perfect stay, and we are already looking forward to returning for a family trip in the future!
