Serendipitous First Staycation
We had to switch gears quickly due to fire concerns where we originally planned to go. We opted for a staycation, our first ever -- and The Omni at Montelucia was our first choice. This may be the start of a regular thing :) We stayed in one of the Grande Camelback view rooms - what a view! It did have a view to one of two pools, albeit the quieter one. The room itself was well - appointed, with my favorites being the patio with the bistro set and lounge-chair-for-two , and massive bathroom with separate shower and big soaking tub. It was like a home-away-from- home. We will definitely come back to experience more of what this gem has to offer.

Breathtaking Resort with the Friendliness Staff
Where do I begin!!! This resort is absolutely stunning. It has so much personality and the staff are impeccable!!!! From the minute you walk through the “puerto de postigo” at arrival to your final farewell everything will be a DREAM! The property bas so many beautiful touches, details, and amazing views. The food at every restaurant is top tier! The pools are lovely and very refreshing. The spa was truly one of a kind and very calming. Everything about this resort ties so well together and most importantly the staff are outstanding! Every staff member from reception, bellman, pool staff, groundskeeper, everyone was so friendly polite and willing to assist. They upheld a very high standard of customer service. At arrival Kathryn handled us with so much care. During our pool days Carlos was very attentive and sweet. Eve at the spa was so warm and welcoming during my service. The staff here are wonderful. They are the icing on the cake that is the resort itself. I cannot wait to return!!

Alan the bartender is a perfect guy who knows how to work the crowd and he is super handsome! He is funny and knows his knowledge! Hire him for personal events!!!

Alan is amazing . Keep him as a bartender. He knows his stuff and will keep clientele back. I have never been so impressed. He knows his pool drinks very well and makes pretty drinks off the menu!!!
