Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Beautiful property! Rooms were nice, but mattresses and pillows needed to be replaced. Service was great and Prado restaurant had a great restaurant. I went with my girlfriend for a spa week and enjoyed the services offered. Eric gave me the best massage of my life and I would highly recommend him if you need a deep tissue massage. Hannah provided my hydrafacial and was also amazing. Joyous Spa. I have been to several spas around the world, this one was missing some basics and lacked in service. Jackie seemed overwhelmed 2 of our service days. I had to ask her twice for cold washing in the spa area over a 3 hour period they were never replenished. Once they were replenished gone within 10 minutes. The steam room smelled musty and moldy. Usually they smell like eucalyptus. Another member asked Jackie about where the eucalyptus was. Jackie came back and gave us a bottle to spray inside. It was diluted no smell and we were told it couldn't be left for it was way to expensive. I felt what I paid in services the spray or something should be included for the steam room and cold washrags are a must. Also missing was the salts you rub on your body for the steamroom. I would return for services, but not the spa amenities.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and staff are pleasant and helpful. The food is great too. The guest rooms are spacious with a spa-like bathroom. My only complaints are the mattress which felt beyond its replacement cycle with dips and uneven areas, and some of the room furniture was a little worn/dated. With a few upgrades this could easily be 5/5 stars.

From the moment I arrived until I left the property was top notch. From front desk, outlets, pools, the room - everyone I encountered was fantastic! I was there 3 days - the room was clean - pools were SO GREAT! Food was nice. Spa and views AMAZING. Thank you OMNI Montelucia❤️

The Omni was a really nice surprise. We booked a last minute room and weren't sure what to expect. The staff was so welcoming and warm and the grounds were beautiful. Our pool view room was so spacious and comfortable. Hands down the best pillows we've ever had at any hotel!

This resort, nestled on the north base of Camelback mountain, is an excellent Spanish-style location. The grounds are sprawling and immaculate. Walking from our room to the restaurants and shops always felt like a luxurious stroll. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Views are amazing, especially at sunset. Really enjoyed wandering the grounds and reading up on all the Spanish artifacts they have on display.
