Overall experience was great. Room was clean and kept that way. Staff was kind and always asking how we were and if we needed anything. For the rest and relaxation that I received, I would recommend this to everyone for a great place to go and stay. Awesome!!!

I recently arrived at the Omni Montelucia hotel for a couple of days of business meetings. When I arrived late at night, they could not find my reservation. They told me that they did not have a room for me. I had to scramble to find another hotel that night. Each day I had to Uber back and forth from my hotel to the Omni for meetings. I received my credit card statement and found that they had charged me for a no show. I called them 3 times with no return call. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they finally called me. The manager asked me for my cancellation number. I told him that I didn't have one , because they told me I didn't have a reservation. How could I have a cancellation number. Ho apologized and said that it was their policy to charge me and that there was nothing that he could do.

beautiful, expansive grounds. Loved the room. Loved the desert setting, loved the pool. Could have used a better casual food option for the mornings (the cafe was out of bagels, out of breakfast sandwiches and the pool menu was a bit limited to southwest-mex.) But the staff is super, the room was great and quiet!

What a great property with amazing service and views. Loved the food and restaurant options. I must say the staff took it to another level though. I was so impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

From the moment we arrived at the Omni Scottsdale at Montelucia, the cares of the outside world melted away. My husband and I had transferred to the Omni after a couple of days at a nearby JW Marriott property where I had been attending a conference. The two properties could not be more different from one another. The Omni was a perfect blend of a spectacular, peaceful setting looking onto Camelback Mountain which positively radiates at sunset with just the right number of on-site amenities. The resort has lots to offer without being a bohemoth where you get so turned around and by the time you have the property figured out, you have to check out. I was blown away by how pretty everything was - gorgeous landscaping and brightly colored desert vegetation amidst Moroccan-style architecture with impeccable details from the iron work to the gorgeous tiled fountains sprinkled throughout the resort. Although the staff would have happily given us rides on golf carts from our building to other areas of the resort, we enjoyed walking and taking in all the scenery. It was just as pretty in the evenings as the resort walkways, fountains and trees lit up just enough so as not to be glaring or obnoxious. The resort is made up of several two-story buildings sprinkled throughout the property, although none is so far away from the front of the resort where all the restaurants, spa, main pool and registration areas are. We were in Building 9 and our room was nicely-sized with a gigantic bathroom, king bed, sofa, chair and desk, which was well-kept and thematically decorated. Our balcony overlooked the adult pool (one of three pools - main pool, adult pool and spa pool) and we spent each evening on the balcony relaxing and looking at the stars. We enjoyed the Joya signature couples massage and spent an afternoon lounging at the exclusive rooftop spa pool, which had its own spa food and cocktail menu that was refreshing and reasonably priced. We did not have an opportunity to try any of the onsite restaurants, but there were several to choose from serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and several stayed open late with drinks and snacks. There was a wedding on property while we were there, and I was amazed that the resort wasn't overrun with inebriated party guests. And the service was impeccable - from the valet staff to the registration desk to the spa therapists, everyone made us feel incredibly special and welcome. In fact, I don't recall having told anyone that we were celebrating anything, but on our first evening, a half dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a welcome note were delivered to our room. The resort offered activities throughout the weekend, but we ended up visiting some friends in town so did not participate. Next time for sure! Had we not already been away from the kids for several nights prior to arriving at the Omni, I would have extended our stay. We will absolutely return. Thanks for making our weekend getaway so memorable.
