Five-Star Service, Dated Rooms
We chose this hotel because it is part of The Edit by Chase Travel and has strong reviews overall. Our experience with the service was fantastic from start to finish—all of our Edit benefits (including early check-in, room upgrade etc) were fully honored, and the hospitality was truly excellent. Since we were celebrating a milestone birthday, the front office even sent up a lovely gift of champagne and cookies, which was a wonderful touch. The main downside was the condition of the rooms, which felt tired and in need of maintenance. In our first room, the king bed was old, squeaky, and resting on an incorrect foundation. The staff kindly moved us to a second room after our first night where the bed was fine, but we noticed a faucet handle that was very stiff and hard to turn. Additionally, the water in both rooms was extremely hard, making it difficult to rinse away soap scum. While the property itself needs some service updates, the outstanding staff and top-tier service made for a very welcoming stay.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Adult pool was nice and water temperature was comfortable. The food for our corporate event was VERY delicious at every meal!

10/10 Would Recommend
We stayed here for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did! We received complementary wine and sweets upon arrival! The service and hospitality was outstanding. We enjoyed the amenities at Joya Spa which we would recommend to anyone! The restaurants in the resort were amazing. We spent a majority of the time in the 18+ pool which was peaceful and had workers coming by regularly to get food/drinks order. We will definitely be back! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Celebrating our anniversary.
We went in the off season. Last week in August. Wonderful resort our second time staying here. Very secluded but right in the city of Scottsdale. Just a few minutes from everything.
