Charges sent to my room that were not mine? Waiting an hour or more for food and drinks, complete incompetence overall. Very disappointing.

First time at this resort and blown away but the grounds, amenities and natural views. With Camelback mountain as a backdrop the resort was decorated for the Christmas season. We stayed near the Oasis pool which was quite large and comfortable - and with a bar with a holiday theme. Ate at the “casual” Centro restaurant o night one and very good tacos and beer. Next night did more formal dining on Prada and food and service were outstanding. Service all around was attentive and friendly. All aspects 5 star and would highly recommend if spending time in the Valley.

This was our first time in Scottsdale and first time staying at a Omni resort. We came here for 3 days to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had a spectacular stay here. Entire staff went above and beyond to make our trip special and the resort grants were beautiful and decorated for the holidays. So many people to thank including Sarah, Hawa, Scott, Carly, Carlos, Liam, Cindy, Ivana and more. We will definitely be back again...

I visited the hotel in July for work and needed to return for work in December. I was so glad to get a package through Costco travel. Pros 1. Property looks amazing. So, so beautiful. Gorgeous setting! 2. Love the heated pools and their amenities. 3. Gym is well-appointed. 4. Rooms are large and sparkling clean. 5. Centro Taqueria is yummy (albeit a little pricey). 6. The holiday decor and touches (e.g., cocoa bar and flamenco music) were fun. Cons 1. Guests leave junk all over the pool deck. I called to ask the team to address it, which they did promptly. 2. The self-park option is a bit cumbersome (and pricey). I was in and out too much for work to valet, so I wish this were an easier option. This hotel is a no-brajner! I love it!
