The place is very tired and warn. Very out dated and broken floor tiles and beat up doors. Our room, a 1305.00 per night suite (1503) smelled and the furniture was at least 25 plus years old. The web shows beautiful rooms so don’t let that fool you.

Immaculate property. Exceptional customer service. No hot water one morning. Room is dated, scuff marks on the walls. Tv remote is a challenge to operate. The sports bar (all in white) the seat backs are dirty and the seats themselves are uncomfortable. My friends room bathroom door would not close. He had no hot water either. His room was missing a second set of curtains. He said his mattress was obviously worn out. They need to pay attention to the rooms a bit more.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our anniversary. The view of the mountains with amazing and the service around the entire compound was top-notch. I love the Spanish architecture influence. We also had spa treatments and they were excellent. We also ate at Prado for dinner and enjoyed the meal. I highly recommend this resort. We would definitely come back.

We picked this Omni Resort over several other options because we heard the spa and the restaurants we amazing and it absolutely did not disappoint! We enjoyed every part, including the fantastic Joya Spa (especially Margaret and Rosemary), the delicious Prado food (especially Sergio) and the wonderful Centro Lounge bar staff (especially Nicole and Heather)! Every single person on staff made us feel so welcome and appreciated, we hope was can come back for another visit next year for our Anniversary!

Really enjoyed this hotel, location is wonderful with access to Old Scottsdale, 2 hours to Sedona and 3 plus hours to the Grand Canyon. Quality of food in restaurant excellent for a hotel. Best pedicure I have had in years. Good value for money
