Nice Hotel - But super poor customer service experience. I asked if they could grab the pair of sunglasses left behind for me with a note in my friends room after checkout and they said they could send them to me. I assumed they were just super busy so it wasn't a problem. I got home and received an e-mail asking me to pay 25 dollars for them to send them to me. Honestly super shocking considering how nice the hotel is and that other hotels/dinning spots would send left behind items at no cost. Interesting policy, the front desk should of said something about the price of shipping.

Just had a girls trip to this property and LOVED it. Beautiful views from the hotel, great yoga class and lovely pools. Servers were on top of it at the pool and bars. We LOVED Dana at the Centro lounge. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Grounds smell absolutely amazing.

Has nice scenery. The Birds of Prey was a nice experience. Beds were hard. The banana cake in Prado was great! The smell walking around the outside of the property was divine!

We had a wonderful stay at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. The property is absolutely stunning, with Spanish-inspired architecture and gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain. The grounds are peaceful and well-maintained, and the pools and courtyards make it feel like a true escape. Dining on the property is a big plus. Prado stands out for its flavorful Spanish-inspired cuisine and beautiful patio setting. Mbar is great for cocktails and a more casual vibe, while Crave Café is perfect for coffee and quick bites. Service can vary at times, and the property is large, so expect some walking. Overall, it’s a relaxing, upscale resort that delivers a memorable Scottsdale experience. We would definitely return!

A wonderful stay - the Spanish food is so good and staff was so kind. Glad to have had our conference in such an elevated environment.
