Reviews for Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia
We visited a couple nights for a work event. The hotel was very beautiful, just like the photos. We walked in to see the mountains surrounding the resort and it was stunning. The pool looks very much like what you see in the hotel's photos. It really was beautiful. I only wished I didn't have to work, lol. It was quiet and beautiful. The rooms were very nice. Our room had a sitting room and a separate bedroom which was really nice since we were there working. The bed was plush and comfy with lots of pillows which is always my favorite. The bathroom was large and had enough space for the two of us with a separate shower and bath. The patio that faced the courtyard and another pool had a couple chairs and a couple chaise lounges and that was probably my favorite place to spend by free time (other than the bar near the main pool, which served some great margaritas). The hotel was beautiful, lots of Spanish detail. It was a gorgeous resort that I'd love to experience more when I have more time. Honestly, the most impressive thing about this resort was during the work day, they had a lunch set out which was mainly southwest food (surprise, right?) But that's really not my thing. One of the employees was kind enough to see that I had an empty plate and INSIST on getting me a plain chicken breast and salad and in the middle of a long work day and on a time change, it really meant the world to me. So absolutely kind. I really would enjoy going back to experience this hotel when I don't have to work. Beautiful location and facility. Will definitely return next time I'm in Scottsdale.
Title says it all. I only had one night but wish my stay had been much longer. I'll definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to return. I want to experience all that it has to offer, including the spa. The food was great at the restaurant, the service was lovely. I got lost walking around several times, but partially because I was jet lagged from a long flight and short stay. I'll return for sure!

The staff and resort were amazing!! I would recommend this resort to anyone. Our room overlooked the pool and camel back it was breathtaking. We loved how polite and helpful the staff was and how the room looked and was clean apron arrival.

Although I had been to the Spa before, I had never stayed at the hotel. What a wonderful surprise. The hotel is gorgeous, the grounds well groomed, the staff friendly and accommodating and spa spectacular. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend it for couples, families, and corporate. (Please just don’t have too many conventions there at one time, though.)

I can't stand hotels that steal money from you with hidden charges. Just put it in the price so I know in advance. It is $22 per night for parking, in an area that is wide open and has plenty of space for parking. This isn't downtown San Francisco. You're just stealing from people who have no choice by the time they find out. Then when I went to check out, there is a $32.82 resort fee charge per night that I had seen nothing about before. Maybe it was disclosed somewhere and I missed it. Congratulations, you tricked another hundred bucks out of another customer! This crap is spreading and it needs to stop. Also, if you happen to get thirsty at night and need some water, the bottle in your room will be $9. I expect to pay extra for water in a room. But they aren't happy with the usual 5000% markup. They needed 9000%. How greedy can you get? The pools were okay, but nothing special. Architecture was a confused mishmash of styles. Service was great. But if a thief steals $200 from my wallet, I really don't care how nice they are. They are still a thief. Stay away!
