Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

We absolutely loved our stay at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa! The property is simply **breathtaking**, with gorgeous scenery everywhere you turn. One of my favorite things was seeing the beautiful orange trees scattered throughout the resort. There were so many of them! It added such a charming and peaceful touch to the entire property. Our room was very nice, and the **bed was incredibly comfortable!** The resort was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Another huge plus was the location. The resort was conveniently located near shopping malls and restaurants, so we didn't have to travel far to enjoy some shopping and great food. Overall, Omni Scottsdale is a beautiful property that offers the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The stunning scenery alone makes it worth visiting! **We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Scottsdale!**

Wonderful experience at Omni Scottsdale. The grounds and ambiance truly make you feel as if you are in Spain. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. Plus, the Sangria was delicious! Great customer service.

Thank you to the entire Omni staff for making our stay so memorable. The dinner experience at Prado was exceptional and the spa amenities were top notch. We are already planning our next trip back.

Beautiful property! Rooms were nice, but mattresses and pillows needed to be replaced. Service was great and Prado restaurant had a great restaurant. I went with my girlfriend for a spa week and enjoyed the services offered. Eric gave me the best massage of my life and I would highly recommend him if you need a deep tissue massage. Hannah provided my hydrafacial and was also amazing. Joyous Spa. I have been to several spas around the world, this one was missing some basics and lacked in service. Jackie seemed overwhelmed 2 of our service days. I had to ask her twice for cold washing in the spa area over a 3 hour period they were never replenished. Once they were replenished gone within 10 minutes. The steam room smelled musty and moldy. Usually they smell like eucalyptus. Another member asked Jackie about where the eucalyptus was. Jackie came back and gave us a bottle to spray inside. It was diluted no smell and we were told it couldn't be left for it was way to expensive. I felt what I paid in services the spray or something should be included for the steam room and cold washrags are a must. Also missing was the salts you rub on your body for the steamroom. I would return for services, but not the spa amenities.
