Staff very rude and food terrible. Food - cost $40's for charred steak. Another incident, staff asked me "what are you doing" when I was walking my children to the bathroom. My wife was told she was not allowed to remove our luggage from the room until we checked out and paid our bill. Some aspects were nice, pool and spa was nice. Grounds was absolutely beautiful. Wi Fi and internet reception was terrible and I was told Camel Back Mountain caused the poor reception.

Absolutely wonderful stay...the service was excellent, everyone very helpful, and the resort absolutely beautiful. The grounds were perfectly manicured and the view of Camelback Mountain started my day off right each day.

We were there to assist our son's family who were attending a wedding weekend while watching our 5 & 9 year old grandkids. We've, in the past, stayed at other area resorts that gave an overall better experience. The bell & service staff are great as was the room staff. There are a few areas that can use more attention.

Sorry for the late review! Hubby and i stayed here thr last week of September for five nights - another couple joined us for three of those nights. I picked this hotel because the grounds were simply beautiful in pictures and in person and they did not disappoint! I wanted a gorgeous Mountain View to wake up to every morning and I wanted it to be the backdrop of my activities during the day! Upon our arrival we were greeted and our car was parked; they charge daily to park but I knew that so it wasn’t a problem. We were lead to our room by a friendly staff member. I booked a Camelback view room. We were placed on the first floor and I was quite disappointed. The view that I had come here for and mentioned in my reservation comments and calls throughout the months leading up to the trip was an obstructed view - I could barely see the top of the mountain. Phone in our room did not work and the chaise lounge on the first floor patio was torn — that part really didn’t bother me so much — although it wasn’t what I expected for the caliber of the hotel. I expressed my disappointment to the staff member — my apologies — I do not recall his name. He told me he would go to the lobby and speak with the manager on my behalf- took down my cell number since the phone in our room did not work - he did everything he said - I received a prompt call from the manager - Ashley - who was wonderful - she offered to move us to a higher floor and gave us a $100 dining credit at their high end restaurant. We moved promptly. I loved the room we had - the view was simply wonderful and what I came to the Omni for. I enjoyed it every single morning and every afternoon after I retired to my room to get ready for the evening. The grounds on this property are second to none. I was in awe every day. The service was fantastic. I hope to visit again. Thank you, Omni!

What a lovely property - beautiful buildings, gorgeous grounds, and terrific amenities. All that and staff who are professional, friendly, and super-helpful. Our granddaughter developed a tummy ache late one night, and staff were ready to find someone to open the gift shop for us to buy Pepto Bismol when we found some elsewhere. Highly recommend this slice of Paradise Valley!
