I just want to say everyone at The Saguaro is AMAZING. I was the site coordinator for a conference that was held at the Saguaro and could not be happier with the choice to hold the conference at your hotel. Everything on the hotels end was flawless. I would like to thank Ari who did an incredible job putting everything together. She answered every last question I asked (which there were quite a few of!) and was super patient through the entire process. The Saguaro is very lucky to have Ari on their team. I have never experienced the level of customer service she provided and am honored to have had the chance to work with her on this. Karen also did an amazing job with all of the initial planning and drafting the contract. She went the extra mile this Friday by checking in on the conference at the beginning. She is very professional, friendly, & supportive. The valet staff impressed our conference attendees to no end. I regretfully do not remember the gentleman's name but he remembered quite a few of our names when greeting each and every one of us. Sarah Wilson did an outstanding job with helping us coordinate all of the hotel rooms and provided us with mind blowing accommodations and amenities! I would also like to thank Mike for all of the AV support. Everything ran smoothly and we had no issues with any of the AV equipment or services. Last but definitely not least I would like to recognize Josh and Sylvia for the incredible service they provided during our entertainment and banquet dinner! Thank you to all of the Saguaro staff!!!

Stayed for a 3 night girls trip. Staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and we were happy with all of our service. Hotel: it's an older hotel with some 'funky' decorating. We had 2 pool side patio double rooms. They rooms were clean, but very dated. We had a nice little patio with lounge chairs to relax on that were very nice. The hotel said they were pool side but there was actually a fence around the pool so we didn't have direct access - but the gate wasn't too far. Pools were nice, we had the quiet pool all to ourselves one afternoon and it was great. The other pool has music and a bar and had more people We didn't use the gym or restaurant Location: You could not ask for a better location. This hotel is within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and bars. We had a great time walking everywhere in Old Town. Side note: go to Mission and try the table-side guacamole.

The location of the Saguaro is great, but it's not as nice as it used to be. They are mostly catering to a very young crowd who like to party and can over look the hotel's inadequacies. They don't even keep the pool area clean. This place is no longer for grown ups.

Not my destination choice, because we live 20 minutes away. But for our daughter's wedding (graduated from a midwestern university) this was the perfect hotel for hosting guests. We booked a block...guests were from midwest US to UK. Everyone had an amazing time...fab pool, awesome location...and no car needed. Perfect wedding weekend!

Great location in Scottsdale. Typically I stay at the W, but the W was insanely expensive the time I was looking at, so took a chance on the Saguaro. Was pleasantly surprised. It was fun, kitschy, and had some real charm. You can tell it was built 30 or 40 years ago, but has been updated with new paint, a fun retro pool area and decor. There are still old fixtures in the bathrooms. I was there for business, so wish I would've had time to spend by the pool because it looked fun!! Cornhole, ping pong. If I were to come back, it would be with friends. Its close proximity to Old Town makes it perfect if you're wanting to walk. Walked every morning and night to find restaurants and bars.
