The Saguaro is always quick to provide not just great, but the BEST customer service. They are accommodating and a delight to work with...Arianna and the catering team especially, though I have worked with the entire Saguaro staff for several types of events on several occasions. They never fail to disappoint and I will continue to go back again and again.

They list it as New Rooms. But don’t expect much beyond a poorly installed new vanity and some sloppy paint (didn’t even paint the stained popcorn celling). Forget anything like outlets or USB jacks. In our first room the dead bolt wouldn’t even lock and the battery in the safe was dead. They moved us to another room which was of the same quality but at least the door locked. The old faucets in the second room didn’t work properly. The “private balcony” while large had two little chairs but no table, not a lot to offer. In order to plug in anything on the nightstands you had to move the bed. In general, just a poorly executed renovation with nothing new to offer. I do have to say though that all of the staff we had contact with tried very hard and were nice.

Spent three nights at the Saguaro for a conference. The meeting facilities were excellent and so were the meals provided as part of our stay there. Great location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Every staff member that I met was helpful and friendly. My sleeping room was clean and attractively decorated, but there was one major problem, street/traffic noise. The room backed up to a very busy highway and the wall separating the hotel property from the road was ineffective in controlling the noise. It was hard to sleep during each of the three nights of my stay. Would definitely stay here agin if I could be assured of a room away fro the highway.

This is our fourth year staying at the Saguaro during Spring Training for the Cactus League. It's a great hotel in terms of proximity to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town. The best, though, is the staff, especially Jamie, the valet, and Sarah, the barista.

The hotel is in an amazing location, it is beautiful/fun (lots of great photo ops because of the colours), the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, pool great, bikes to borrow sooooo...fun! We'd come back in a sec. Extra special thanks to Andrew for all the restaurant tips and great service.
