I don’t know where to begin. I got in late evening and went straight to the restaurant where one person was handling the bar, restaurant and hosting also. There were 30 people in there. He did the best he could. I had the same experience for breakfast the next morning. When I got to my room I immediately noticed it didn’t feel clean. It’s old and run down and needs an update. I have more pictures I can’t seem to add here. There were many things that just needed to be wiped down and cleaned. I noticed an opening right next to the bed - less than a foot from the pillows - that was open and when I looked in, I saw the coil to the back of the refrigerator was covered with dust. So gross. The bar in the closet was about a foot too low to hang my pants straight. I was in the old tired gym and watched two men clean the inside of the pool tile -just the line above the water to the top of the pool. It was disgustingly gross dark brown, obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. They were using some chemical on a sponge (it worked quite well -the tile cleaned up well) and all the gross dirt from the pool along with the chemical they were using to scrub, was going into the pool where unsuspecting guests would be getting into shortly. The stairs to the room are old, worn down and needing repair. The whole place needs an update. This was an expensive room. Perhaps because of the season, but it wasn’t worth 1/3 of what I paid. I would never stay here again. There are plenty of older hotels in the area that are kept up and updated. And clean.

This hotel is old and I wouldn’t recommend or visit again. Rooms are ok but old decor and layout. They have renovated it but looks old. Rooms are ok and lots of noise around the rooms at 6am with traffic, leaf blowers etc.

The hotel was not what was expected. The photos definitely make it look nicer then it really is. First room we got to stank of smoke and was classified as coming sigh "a pool view" when really you could only see bamboo trees and it was facing the pool. We stayed one night and upon checking out the next day we requested the valet by the curb to call us a taxi. He claimed he couldn't call a taxi but had a shuttle service that was way faster. He assured us they took all forms of payment when asked. The shuttle turned out to be a luxury car service and cost double the price of a taxi. Also the driver did not take all forms of payment and was a huge ordeal as he was not very polite and didn't understand us. I also asked the front desk for a receipt which she said oh I'll email it to you .... still haven't gotten the receipt a day later. All in all i would never stay herr again. Ever.

This Hotel / Motel was centrally located downtown Scottsdale, AZ. walking distance to all Restaurants, Bars, Shops and Markets. The hotel is older that was Retro Painted and up-dated. We had pool side walking out sliding door to large Pool and Jacuzzi. We had food by the Pool which was good with a 18% fee.. No one here during our stay week before X-Mas...

Called the resort directly & spoke with "Esther." I am very impressed with her hospitable & professional representation of this resort. As a multiple business owner I truly appreciate individuals that enjoy what they do for employment, & employers that get the most out of their employees. If the stay is anything like the initial call, I know I will be a customer for life. Young lady (Esther), you are an asset to your employer & am sure your future is going to be bright & successful.
