Get an overwater room!
The overwater room was incredible. So nice to watch the ferries, hear the waves and birds. It was so quiet and peaceful I heard a seal surface in the morning and thought it was an orca at first. Barely wanted to leave the room!

Best hotel EVER! Best Service! Best View! Everyone is so polite and helpful. Let us do an early check-in and late checkout. Also really good food!

Nice hotel with a great view

Most Wonderful Hotel Experience
Staff of hotel and hotel bar were super friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. Hotel bar drinks were good. Hotel room with fireplace and deep soak in tub was amazing. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time I come to Seattle!

Perfect Location
I started off a bit rough. I was told they could upgrade me to a lake view, but they later say they could not. Gave me a little false sense of excitement. The waiter at Six Seven on a Saturday I stayed was not so friendly. Could be that they were exhausted. However, it improved a lot better with other new faces on the second and third day. Also, the WiFi is so slow if you need to jump on video call for work, it will be a bit challenging. However, the location is perfect and close to the pier and any touristy places. They had some incorrect charges and they quickly corrected as requested. Hope to come here again and hopefully a better experience.
