I started off a bit rough. I was told they could upgrade me to a lake view, but they later say they could not. Gave me a little false sense of excitement. The waiter at Six Seven on a Saturday I stayed was not so friendly. Could be that they were exhausted. However, it improved a lot better with other new faces on the second and third day. Also, the WiFi is so slow if you need to jump on video call for work, it will be a bit challenging. However, the location is perfect and close to the pier and any touristy places. They had some incorrect charges and they quickly corrected as requested. Hope to come here again and hopefully a better experience.

This hotel is outdated and overpriced. I mean, there are many overpriced things in Seattle, but staying here seemed to be a luxury....until I was a guest. The pillows were amazing. The mattress, well, I've slept on softer floors. The decor was outdated and the bathroom was terribly lit - literally dark at the sink. The lights flanking the mirror were 15w at best. The valets were amazing though; personable and hard-working. If you're considering staying here, find a comparable hotel in the city and save your money.

The rate I selected was to include a $50 credit for breakfast. I was assured upon check out that the credit was showing on my folio and that I would receive a copy in email. The credit was not applied.

My daughter has been wanting to stay here for over 3 years and finally it was her bday and we decided to give it a shot. The rooms were a little outdated but the staff was wonderful and the night time surprise for her bday was unexpected and loved! The only thing we didn't care for was the pop up bar. No reservations available and at the check in desk they make it sound like anyone can go anytime with no problem.

Excellent staff... everyone I encountered was smiling, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility and surrounding area! If the staff is good, everything else seems to be good as well. Generally, a very positive experience. Large room. Comfortable beds. Good lighting and electrical outlets. Just 3 minor things that could be improved: 1) The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. However, the handheld part of the dual shower was up pretty high. Guests under 5'6" might have difficulty reaching it. 2) The desk was a nice size and I liked the desk light that had standard and USB plugs. The desk chair was disappointing. An adjustable chair with wheels would be more functional and comfortable for those of us who have some work to do. 3) The coffee maker and supplies were appreciated as was the extra coffee and tea. The mini-fridge was minimally functional because of all the beverages that were in it. How about asking if guests wanted to take advantage of the in-room snacks and drinks, and if not, just remove them from the room and make things less cluttered. The "Brim" coffee/pastry bar and gift shop combo was nice. I enjoyed a little souvenir shopping and chatting with the manager about coffee, After all, it is Seattle!
