Understaffed + Sneaky Fees

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Check your folio from this hotel carefully: • Added $65 parking fee to folio but did not bring a car • Added an additional $33 amenities fee even though this fee was already paid In-room experience: • Room service does not pick up the phone but you can call the bellhop, who does pick up and can answer most of the questions about your room • Key scanner died inconveniently while we were trying to leave and the maintenance guy was out, leaving my friend locked out and unable to grab her things.

Quaint old cabiny charm. Fun being over the water

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

This is a lovely cabiny establishment. It has lovely views over the water and many guitars. The best thing about it is it is right next store to Pier 66 (or the dock where Norwegian boards). The bell boy shuttled our luggage over to the dock for us and it was just a short 2 block walk. Yes its expensive and so was there restaurant for small amounts of food. But the convenience weighs heavy on that. My room was homey and quaint on the first floor. It even came with a teddy bear which I wondered if I should take it - but alas I left it and the robe !! !

Beautiful view from our window of the sound. We enjoyed our stay thanks to friendly staff. The record players and guitars available were a fun touch. Loved the location!

Great experience. Friendly staff. I like the food in six-seven cafe. The coffee shop was great too. The rooms are nice. The view is perfect.

Stay here if you want a beautiful view

Amazing hotel with lots of history and convenient location to where we wanted to go. It was a little away from the main Pike Marker location so felt quieter and more pleasant.
