Seattle’s only over-water hotel: where rock’n’roll history meets Pacific Northwest luxury. The Edgewater Hotel is laden with a rich musical past and surrounded by breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains, Elliott Bay and the sparkling city. Consistently named one of the best hotels in Seattle, our unique location on Pier 67 means you’re just a short walk to everything you want to do in our evergreen city. Relax in luxurious waterfront or cityside accommodations knowing you’re doing the same as the Beatles, Pearl Jam and the Foo Fighters once did. We’ll even loan you complimentary rental guitars, sheet music and record players to inspire you to fully experience life at The Edge.

Warm and cozy hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Great location for Seattle Waterfront, Museums and Pike Place Market.

Fantastic hotel with over-the-top staff in terms of thoughtfulness, care and professionalism. The holiday lobby decorations were perfection, the food was delicious, and the vibes were spot on!

Located near the end of the waterfront but a short 10 minute walk to all the shops at the piers and 15 minute walk to the Pike Market Place. Valet parking was smooth. Easy pick up for Uber/Lyft. Very cozy room with fireplace! Hotel offers great amenities - gym, restaurant, bike rentals, and guitar rentals! Facilities were well kept and clean. During the holiday season of 2025, they had a Christmas pop-up bar!

Magical hotel where we watched sea lions outside of our balcony. Hotel staff went above and beyond. The Festival Holiday Bar and Restaurant were both amazing as well.

1. We were disappointed that when we arrived at 2pm to check in that no food svc was being offered btwn 2-4pm. We had travelled all day and were in need. 2. we stayed in room 134 and floors above us creaked and squeaked and the guests were stomping all around. 3. We come especially for the x-mas atmosphere and although we made reservations for the pop up drinks in lobby, we never got in. We were on a wait list and denied the 2nd night as well. The reindeer room was better - no reservations required and was a fun lively option. 4. We couldn't get a late check out. We spent almost $2000 at the hotel alone in 2 nights and we didn't feel we got all we came for. This was our 3rd visit and not sure we are convinced to come back.
