Incredible location and awesome room overlooking the water. Enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Quick walk to dinner and the market as well.

I was severely disappointed based off of how much the stay was. 1. The price for valet parking is insane compared to the lot across the street. I attempted to call the hotel prior to visiting and couldn’t reach anyone. The person who I connected with after selecting an option to speak to someone about current reservations wasn’t even on site and couldn’t answer any questions. The lot across the street was fine. 2. Upon entering the first floor hallway with all of our luggage and I could smell was old cigarette smoke. Not that anyone was actively or recently smoked - like the walls were still soaked in decades long cigarette smoke. Also, the friendly staff and their carts were kind of in the way. The hallway just isn’t wide enough. I’m sure they could have pulled the carts in front of the door cutouts, but I’m assuming the rooms were occupied and didn’t want to block them. I recently pinched a nerve in my back so moving around the carts was uncomfortable. The room did not have the smell. 3. We were in room 126. Sitting above the water was nice. I thought the giant cruise ship would bother me, not so much. What got to me what the constant hum from the building next door. Couldn’t hear the water at all. 4. The patch & paint job on the walls wasn’t good and stood out like a sore thumb with certain lighting. 5. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Trying to do my business at 4AM was strange having to reach down every time to pick it back up. Again, pinched nerve in my back. Also, the fan cover looks old and yellowed from aforementioned cigarette smoke. 6. Shower water pressure suuuuuuucked. It felt like a drizzle. 7. An Uber parking spot or turn around spot would be nice. Got stuck in the uber with people arriving by the front door. Not a deal breaker, we were standing on the street and he drove past us.

I had experience a double chaged restaurant food fee. So i waiting 20 minutes. At restaurant I was not received a receipt. And the staff wrote in a tip amount on the own without my consent.

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They had champagne in our room because we had just gotten married. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. The food at the restaurant and the view were both great. They also had a more affordable option for transportation to the airport which we really appreciated.
