This Hotel is a typical high end, but Biz hotel, but the service level is right up there with the best in the world. 1st time for me in 35 years of Biz travel. The food is also good. The manager must be great. Well done and I will be back. Peter Freedman

Not suitable for a business trip. Woken up at night by a dog left unattended in a nearby room which barked constantly for over an hour. When I asked the front desk, who were pretty unapologetic, they said its allowed and fine for guests to leave animals unattended in their rooms. So great if you want to burn some money giving your beloved pooch a stay in probably the worlds most pretentious kennel, but not suitable for business trips where you need somewhere with a policy more focussed on giving you a restful night's sleep. I should say on my third phone call to the help desk 45 minutes after my initial call their tone changed to be a bit less dismissive and going on about how they are a pet friendly hotel and trying to make me feel like I was some heartless animal hater, and at this point they did say the word sorry for the first time and offer me a different room, but getting out of bed and dressed to pack up everything in your room to move felt event more disruptive.

Amazing stay at the Four Seasons. The staff was polite, friendly and at the same time very professional. To accommodate my early check in, they upgraded me to a corner water view suite. The room quality and finishes (including amenities) was top quality. Each room has a ceiling to floor shower and a personal large sized bath tub. The in-room late night dining service was also immaculate, though the food was average at best. The hotel is at an amazing location, bang in the middle of downtown Seattle, and a 2 mins walk from Pike Place Market. Highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Seattle.

We are enjoying our last morning in a corner deluxe bay view room. Our stay here has been wonderful. To the staff, from Sean who greeted us as we stepped out of our cab after an overnight flight, to Zen at the front desk who gave us a very early check in, to Michelle who gave us great service two nights in a row at The Goldfinch restaurant and virtually everyone we encountered, we say thank you! Our room was lovely and comfortable and the view, outstanding. We loved the deep soaking tub, the Grown Alchemist toiletries and the speedy free WIFI. The location is wonderful too, with Pike's Market steps away and the Seattle Art Museum just across the street. We chose the perfect hotel for our little getaway
