They had promised me an upgrade to a waterfront room, of course depending on availability. And surely enough I didn't get my upgrade. Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. I had mentioned to one of the managers that it was my husbands birthday so she gave us a very special amenity and make sure we were very well taken care of. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The view was amazing and it was located near all the tourist attractions we visited.

Liked Hotel 1000 much more before Loews took over and re-did it. The rooms are still very comfortable and there are some appreciated upgrades - like power and USB ports on both nightstands - but it's just not the same for me. The new lobby is cold, sterile, and uninviting, and the new restaurant - All Water - is definitely a work in progress. It - the restaurant - is also frankly unattractive. And the one meal we ate there - breakfast - was a big disappointment (food AND service). Sad, because we always enjoyed Boka. Hotel 1000 is still one of the best bets for a great downtown location, and front desk staff are friendly and helpful, but it lost something hard for me to pin down in the changeover. Used to be we'd say, oh, we're going to Seattle, let's stay at Hotel 1000. From now on we'll look at other options before booking.

We stayed at Loews Hotel with our kids after taking the train into Seattle. The proximity to the train station, Pikes Place and waterfront were very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere with the kids without a problem. The hotel was so beautifully renovated and designed. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely refommend Loews to others. Thank you!

Very beautiful hotel and updated rooms. Staff was very helpful in giving recommendations for the city and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Room was so quiet and modern with all up to date conveniences including dimmer lights above the bed and in the bathroom, plenty of ports to plug in electronic equipment.
