We really enjoyed our stay! Staff is amazing always ready to help and answer all of your questions! We arrived early and they stayed with our luggage so we could go enjoy of the city! Amazing location, and amazing amenities. Since it was our honeymoon they upgraded us to a corner suite, where we had an amazing view!! We recommend everyone visiting Seattle to book their stay with Hotel1000. Amazing!

Well the construction definitely impacted our stay. 13 of us stayed here for a family reunion. We were shocked when we checked in and the lobby and common areas were all under construction. Loud, unpleasant and unsafe. What bothers me the most is that we pre-paid top dollar and not one of us was informed of the situation. They didn't discount or compensate us in any way when we complained. Oh and our requested early check in? Ended up to be after 5 for us and many guests there. We stayed at the Marriott one block up on our way back from cruise - much better!

We were booked this hotel under American Express Platinum Travel Service Recommendation, but were uninformed that it was under construction. Now you know and do not expect the "Loew's" Quality or Amenities. The new room is very retro modern and trendy with greens, browns and grey. Our room was among those recently renovated and smelled accordingly, fresh paint and carpet, caused breathing problems. The upper floors. while at some point will be sufficiently aired out, so check it out first. The new renovation does not provide outlets on the desk where you work, but are on the night table. The bathroom has a large tub which fills from the ceiling. This allows droplets to splash on the very slippery floor. The shower is dark and unimaginative. We had a high pitched hum from the vents which was very annoying. The large television was in a corner of the room and could be angled to view from the bed. However, the large window drapes had to be manually closed behind the I hit my head about 3 times before I learned to duck. There is a refrigerator, Keurig machine, comfy bath robes, slippers and, yes, it is very clean. The restaurant was relocated to a make shift, dull conference room which doubled as a lobby area and a makeshift bar. The selection on the menu was not what is normally served in the Boka Restaurant which, too, was under renovation. The amenities were not available the day we were there i.e. the gym was closed until 4:30 and the massages were all booked way in advance. Some of the staff: Robin, the Concierge, and Bill Munn, the food and beverage director and Ali, a staff member at the restaurant were knowledgeable and apologized. Needless to say this was a poor review and no one from the hotel or American Express Platinum have made any accommodation for very sub-par stay here. No one in authority seems to care that there have been many complaints regarding this issue. Hey, you can make this right and I will be only too happy to give you a second chance!

I stayed here with my mom and my daughter for 4 days, the hotel was great. It is under construction but this did not interfere with our visit at all. Our room was on the 7th floor and was large, clean and quiet. Hotel staff were very polite, attentive & helpful. We never had to wait around for an elevator and the location of this place is perfect for walking & exploring. I didn’t get the chance to try the Boka restaurant, but maybe next time. No question, we would definitely stay here again, next time we’re in Seattle.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed but this was not made clear by anyone or any website before we made the booking. It meant that facilities were poor, noise was unacceptable and generally we felt ripped off.
