Two night weekend stay free breakfast credit and free parking advertisement very misleading. Called to ask about free breakfast credit when ordering room service just to verify and was told as long as you stay two nights over the weekend breakfast would be free. My wife and I happened to qualify these criteria. When checking out, my wife and I were told that it was a package deal that had to be booked, which we did not. Very misleading information on hotel website makes no mention of this at all whatsoever. Not sure if I paid for parking or not, or exactly what my breakdown of charges were as I received no receipt paper or email. Nor was I asked if would like an itemized sheet. One would think they should receive such a thing when racking up an $800+ hotel stay. Live and learn.

This modern hotel was ideal. The room was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Seattle and we were offered a discount on the entry fee at a number of tourist attractions which was an added bonus of staying at Loews in February. The staff brought a small fridge to our room for our provisions. The glass of champagne offered when we registered was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, thanks to Bethany who did some shopping research for us.

Great location, a little on the expensive side, very clean, rooms are modern (stark), $45 per night for your car. Nice restaurant on the main floor with good food and service. We didn’t use the bar so cannot comment on that. We did not participate in their happy hour which looked very good.

This hotel really needs some soft touches! We had a two night stay that included an Ultimate Spa day (gift certificate from my husband). The spa is small and cozy and the service providers were very nice and experienced. Upon checkout, the staff was unable to apply my online gift certificate to the charges, which was odd. We were required to present the gc at checkout and were informed that the parking portion of the gc could not be applied to our 2day parking charges. Restaurant was delicious and had wonderful breakfast choices. The room and general decor are VERY stark. Artworks are quite depressing. This place could really use some warm up decor attention.

I stayed at the Loews hotel for 10 days and had a great stay overall. The hotel is very modern and high class and kept up at all times. The staff was nice in my experience with them and the room service was good as well. My only complaint has to do with the mini bar in the room. There are food and drink choices in the mini bar detected by a sensor so they know what you pick and eat/drink right as it happens. They don't tell you about this ahead of time so for that reason it felt very intrusive. Aside from that I had a great experience and would recommend anyone stay here that is going to be in the downtown Seattle area.
