First you cannot beat the views. Our room looked out onto the harbor and the city. Unreal. Second the room itself was amazing. Great design and astetically pleasing. Just a few blocks from pikes market and the harbor made it awesome!

I had a leisure stay for 3 nights in April. It was a real pleasure to stay here. It is very conveniently located in downtown Seattle close to main attractions. I got a junior suite with a city view. The room is very interesting with unique color selections. The bathroom is a piece of art. I haven't seen like this in any other hotel. The water for the tub is coming directly from the ceiling. The staff is very courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Seattle for the business or leisure purposes.

Excellent customer service. Convenient location. Staff was warm and welcoming. One thing that could be improved on was that service for breakfast on Saturday April 15 was slow. We waited almost an hour for our food and it wasn't busy. Other tables even complained. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We love to explore the city of Seattle. There is always great places to eat, excellent drinks to be enjoyed and awesome events to entertain. We found that during the course of our city adventures, we would stop and talk about how we couldn't wait to get back to the hotel and soak away our over tired feet in their fantastic bathtub. The clean rooms and superb service blew us away. Thanks again and until next time-cheers!

Nice hotel with some special touches. Furnishing and art in public areas gets 3 stars. Hallway decor looked familiar......ive seen the same or similar at a popular frame/art/home accessories chain store (in Calif strip malls).....same for floor covering and occasional furniture in public spaces. There was nothing wrong with any of it....just not 4 stars. We were in a "view room" .....very very nice. We liked the art work in the bath and sleeping area; liked the separate room for wc............4 and 1/2 starz. Super service and tasty food for breakfast. Colorful modern decor in restaurant......5 starz. Front desk staff looked fairly youngish on our first full busy chatting with each other they forgot to call for our car. We r from out of town ....there for a funeral......on a strict time schedule. Staff was apologetic and offered to give us a break on the parking charges. So many misc taxes and charges (common to all hotels) tht i hav no idea if we actually got a break or not. The lobby is off to the side with a lovely fireplace and lotsa windows and comfy chairs......on balance, 3 to 3 and 1/2.starz.
