Oasis of Serenity
This hotel is excellent. The staff accommodated my numerous requests and took great care of my guests who I had booked in another room. Overall service quality is excellent and the staff have a positive attitude. Yancy, Naylia, and Sarah I got to meet personally but also the bell and valet staff was great. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and some have an excellent city/water view. The free-standing bathtubs with the overhead water spigot are a highlight, beds also very comfortable. I liked the little lounge area, food at the restaurant was generally good, although service there a little below the high standard the other departments set. Also pricing is not bad for a 4* hotel and they do have the gym and the spa which I did not try. As for location, if you have to go to Seattle downtown, you should give this place a try. It's very close to the water and Pike Place. As for the location Seattle downtown itself, it is as bad as you see on the news or on YouTube. Out of respect for the hotel staff I will leave it at that and you can make your own decision. I would come back to this hotel but not this city.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown seattle
Really nice hotel. Beautiful lobby with good restaurants, spacious rooms, very clean, and the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept on. We booked through Amex and it came with an absurd amount of perks. Would definitely return. About a 5 minute walk from Pikes place market and even shorter walk down to the piers.

Super service. Great adidition to the Hyatt portfolio. Staff super kind and acknowledged globalist status. Ariel at front desk checked us in and made the check in process super smooth! Beautiful hotel with great amenities will come back again!

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
