Stayed with the hotel for 11 nights on business. The hotel is well located for downtown and Pike Place which makes it easy to get around. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful but not over the top. Front door staff always held door open and offer directions. I had a room 901 which had a water view and huge bed and bathroom. The bed very soft and comfortable. Laundry service was very fast if a little on the expensive side. The only room improvement I could suggest is better coffee. Starbucks would have been a better idea! Also top marks to house keeping. I never saw them but they took great care of me. The gym in the basement has been recently renovated and cool and bright place to work out. Also recommend the restaurant Bocco where the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Would def stay again when in town.

Very welcoming staff, room was spacious and insulated well so quiet, beds super comfortable. Just a short walk to the trail along the water, the wheel, and the market. Great, cozy fireplace upon entry Would recommend

This was one of the finest hotel experiences I've had in years. The staff was consistently interested in going above and beyond. The room was impeccable, the furnishings and decor unique, and there is literally Molton brown soap / products everywhere you turn (my favorite possible soap product). This is likely the best you can get in Seattle based on the value. I will be returning.

Spent a couple nights here after a cruise and I can't say enough about how amazing our stay was. The staff was incredibly helpful, always available to attend to our every need. We wanted to check our bags early after getting off our cruise ship and they had two rooms available immediately. This allowed us to rest a bit before our tours for the day. They also helped arrange dinners and really anything we asked was always responded with a smile and action. The hotel itself is walking distance to Pikes Place Market and the baseball and football stadium. The room Is very spacious with huge bathrooms, showers and soaking tubs, very comfy beds, free wifi, coffee, robes, high end bath products...they've thought of everything you need to have a first class stay. Will come here again when in Seattle.

This is a world class boutique hotel well situated in downtown Seattle, close to the waterfront. The service was friendly and helpful. The food and wine were very good and the views of Elliott bay were outstanding.
