From the beginning to end of our two night stay, Hotel 1000 was a wonderful experience. The front desk was very pleasant, valet staff was professional and fast, the room was beautiful and immaculate, and the soaking tub took the experience to another level. Our stay was enhanced through our interaction with the concierge, Robin. She is an abundance of useful information of the surrounding area and this really helped us prioritize our trip to Seattle. Also, from our conversation with her, she sent up a personal follow-up note and thoughtful gift that made our experience with Hotel 1000 the best hospitality experience we've had in a very long time. We look forward to staying at Hotel 1000 again in the near future!

Went above and beyond to make our engagement trip special. We got upgraded to a water view room, there was wine, chocolates and bath salts in the room. And a lovely card. The bathtub was amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

I won't go into too much detail, because that drives me crazy. I woke up with a splitting headache at 2am, and was about to uber to find a place that had what I needed. Joey at the front desk wouldn't hear of it, and took it on his own to figure out how to get it and then brought it up to me. End result: Some sleep, better meetings the next day and now I'm a customer for life. Way to go Joey.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Anything that we asked for it was delivered first class. The beds/pillow were comfy. Great location, walking distance to everything. Pikes right down the street, and if nothing else call uber

Thought I'd share my review I left on for everybody to consider: While looking for hotels for our weekend getaway, we stumbled onto this hotel because the bathroom and how luxurious it looked with the see through glass and the soaking tub. At checkin, the lady that helped us offered us a free room upgrade but since the upgraded room didn't have the fancy tub, we kindly declined it and stuck with our superior king suite. Once we got into the room, everything was looking amazing as the photo shows it. But what we were looking forward to the most was the fancy tub. As we had the tub filled up, we quickly notice the water was leaking from the plug. We called down to concierge and they quickly had 2 maintenance people come up and attempt to fix it. I guess due to how the plug was attach to the tub, they weren't able to fix it nor change the plug. The manager on duty at the time, Joel, also came up and tried to fix it but was unable to as well. As the whole situation took a while already and nobody was able to fix it, we gave up on the tub and just called it a night. We mentioned this to the checkout lady but was brushed off pretty rudely and did not even acknowledge it. Given all the positive reviews and expectations we had, the service we received didn't quite match up. This one off experience definitely left us unsatisfied. But overall if this didn't happen, the hotel was as it should be. Very upscale, clean, good location, and an amazing place to stay barring the tub.
