One night girls trip into Seattle. Staff was welcoming, and king executive suite was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Lots of places to charge! Location was an easy walk to Pike Place Market and the Chihuly Museum. Concierge was helpful for dining.

Arrived there on a Sunday at about 5:30 pm. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Hotel was recently revamped and it looks great. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Only issue we had, and a word to the wise, valet is extremely slow. We had a ferry reservation in Anacortes, heading towards Friday Harbor and we missed it because valet literally took almost 30 mins to grab my car (I’m including the time i called down to get the car). It was 3am and we were not only the only people in the lobby but quite possibly the only ones in downtown Seattle. Other than that great stay in a nice, clean centrally located hotel in Seattle.

This was a wonderful hotel, with rooms that actually look just like the photographs. Attentive staff, good WiFi, quiet halls, great location. The restaurant on the first floor made the best ever omelette. The only negative - when my accountant was processing reimbursement for meals, she asked for the list of names of the people who ate breakfast. I had to explain that the receipt was for my breakfast alone. It was an expensive omelette.

Stefano, the concierge, went out of his way to ensure we had a great trip! Our first time to Seattle, and every recommendation he gave us was spot on! He even made dinner reservations for us and arranged a car from the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful, CLEAN, and centrally located. We will definitely stay there on our next visit!!

Our experience staying at this hotel started well and ended terribly. We wen't to bed one night and were woken up at 1am by the doorbell going off. We thought at first this was somebody drunk or accidentally hitting the bell, but there was no one out there. The doorbell then proceeded to go off repeatedly after that. We contacted the front desk at 1:30am to alert them to the fact that the doorbell was malfunctioning and going off repeatedly. The front desk responded by offering to bring up earplugs, but provided no other remedy. The next morning after the doorbell saga we went to check out and informed the front desk that there was a malfunctioning doorbell in our room and that it kept us up all night. The front desk person briefly apologized, but seemed disinterested and it also seemed like this was not the first time she had received this feedback. The hotel offered no remedy to the issue. I doubt the hotel has addressed this issue based on their response, so I would avoid suite 1008 if you muster the courage to stay and risk a sleepless night! If you have made it to the end of this review, the other aspects of our stay were just fine, but not being able to sleep pretty much ruined the experience for us.
