Overall impressed with the room, a little trouble finding my reservation upon arrival thanks to Expedia, but they upgraded me to a suite to make up for the delay. A bit disappointed with the construction as o wasn't aware it was going on and no discounts were offered but overall quite happy with our stay.

Travelling as a family with 2 kids (aged 10 & 11), this hotel was a mistake. The location is average, there are no amenities for kids at all, (admittedly more research on my part would have helped). The restaurant next door is closed down, the hotel 'restaurant ' is not a place you'd ever want to spend time in, (stuffy, tiny, silent, old decor, no windows). We grabbed a drink and left as soon as we could. We made it to our room which was nice, neat, average...only to pull back the curtains to see the depressing view of the building next door. Basically a huge concrete wall. No sky in sight. The worst of it all however is the GIANT RENOVATIONS that are happening all over the place! Why am I paying top dollar to a hotel that is essentially all torn apart and has no atmosphere at all? Aside from sitting in our room, there is no other place, on property, to go worth going. I wish management had alerted us to the renos, I wish they had let us know that, as a family of four, we are unable to get a room with a view. My advice: get a room with a view of this gorgeous city and ocean, preferably with a balcony. For families, find a place with a pool/hottub for that hour of much-needed downtime that kids need when visiting a big city. The only plus: very friendly and helpful staff. (Aside from the fact that they couldn't change our room once they realized we were a family of four. Even though that's what we booked. From the very start.). Overall, not impressed.

This hotel was in a wonderful location for a visit to Seattle. Particularly convenient for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again in a minute. The rooms were beautiful and the bathtubs over the top!

What a great place to stay with view of the bay. Just a short walk to market place in Seattle. Staff took the time to know who you are and talked to you by your name. Very nice and clean rooms. Nice big rooms as well. Seems like they really took the time to care about their guests.

I booked a corner room on a high floor. It definitely exceeded my expectations from what I saw online. The room looked awesome online but when I saw it in person it looked even better. The view was awesom has a city view also could see the water out one of the windows. The room was decent size loved the decor. The bathtub was really cool looking and it filled from a spout on the ceiling. Food was really good the staff was very professional and accommodating valet and curbside baggage assistance was great. It was pricey but once I saw the room I thought it was worth it I would definitely stay there again if it was for a special occasion. Very satisfied.
