All water was awesome great service and food. Iconic was an amazing server and provided amazing customer service. The food was awesome!!!

From the moment we entered Hotel 1000, Eric made sure our stay was phenomenal until we unfortunately had to leave. We were upgraded to the nicest room luckily with Amex and had to wait only a few minutes before the room was ready. Eric made sure we had a few cocktails in the meantime and then gave us an amazing tour of the room! He made us feel so welcome and was always available with his vast knowledge of the hotel and local area. It was the best customer service that we've experienced in a hotel. We regretted only staying one night will surely be back. Thank you so much to Hotel 1000 and Eric and the rest of wonderful staff for making it the best experience!!

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years and have stayed at more of their properties than I can count and I can confidently say I had some of the best service I have seen. When I checked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff then after settling into my room sparkling water and delicious Belgium chocolates were delivered to my room by another very friendly staff member. The room was very nice and the soft goods were unmistakably that of a premium Hilton property. The only criticism I have is something that is the fault of the original designers of the hotel and that is the ceiling-filled soaking tub. It is pretty cool, but in practice does splash everything around it. Other requested amenities were delivered to my room extremely quickly. After relaxing for a while I decided to get some food and on my way down had a great interaction with Eric, who I assume is the night auditor. He was extremely helpful in tasteful restaurant recommendations and truly embodied the high level of service and professional appearance I associate with a premium Hilton property. The on-site restaurant was very good. The 3-course meal on the menu was a welcome addition and something not particularly common in the Seattle area. The clams I had were exceptional, the halibut and risotto were delicious and the chocolate moose was very rich. The bartender who was serving me was what I could only describe as the perfect balance between good customer service and saltiness, fitting of a good bartender. In conclusion, I was very happy with this property and with the prices I see it frequently listed at it is well worth it from a value perspective. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Great location. All flat if you want to walk to the Pike Place Market. For those that do not know, downtown Seattle is very hilly. We go to Seattle almost every year and sometimes twice a year. We stayed in different hotels but mostly at the Fairmont hotel. This time we wanted to try another different hotel. We were upgraded to a superior king junior suite. It was very spacious even though we did not have any view other than the building next door, we're happy to have more room during our 4 night stay. The living room was quite spacious. There's a coffee/tea maker, mini fridge, iron, etc. The only complaint about the room is the toilet. It is super noisy when you flush and it took forever to fill up its water tank. Free Wi-fi but it's not secured. I hope one day they will make this secured as I was once hacked when I stayed in Shangri la Vancouver many years ago. They have secured that years ago when we went back. You would think that being a 5 star hotel that they would have a secured internet. Thus a VPN is a must. Also, there's no card swipe in the elevator to go to your floor. Anybody from the street can go up the elevator and basically go to every floor. There's a sign that after 10 p.m. (or 11 p.m.?), you must swipe your room key card to access the hotel. Why can't they do this with their elevators? This is something that I'm not used to anymore. Food is great. Not that many selections but they taste good. Overall their service is very good.
