The room was a nice size and the shower was fabulous, the towels were fluffy, but the bed was soft and lumpy although the sheets were high quality. Great location and friendly staff. Loaner umbrellas, turndown service with chocolates. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable.

The location was in walking distance from everything we wanted to see, even the Space Needle; about a 15 minute walk. I would have liked it if the room wasnt so bright at night, from the outside lights. Same with the little bit of traffic noise. As for the noise in the hotel, it was quiet. The staff was all so kind. I loved the hot chocolate machine in the lobby.

We stayed here when visiting my son and his fiancé in Seattle. It is next to the pikes place market and many great tourist spots and restaurants. Our room had fabulous views of the sound and the market. The service is first rate and the room is excellent. I have stayed in another upscale chain near here in the past, but this is now my only place to go!

The hotel was great and all of the staff were friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful room with a view of the bay and Pike Place Market. Also there was a lovely roof top terrace for guests which was a fabulous place to drink wine and watch the dusk. The room was spacious, almost like a little suite and was equipped with a fridge and an honour bar. It had a very good machine for tea and coffee and things like wine glasses and a corkscrew were thoughtfully provided. The location right at Pike Place Market and just a short walk from the waterfront and the shopping area was ideal. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Want to be in the middle of it all? This by far is the best choice if you wish to experience Pike Place Market. The beds are wonderful. The coffee and cocoa in the lobby are a welcome treat. And the rooftop deck a nice retreat from the streets below. We had friends come visit us and we enjoyed the fabulous view at night. There are so many food choices near by. This hotel is at the best location if you want to experience the market and the waterfront. Also spectacular views from most of the rooms. I found the staff to be incredibly gracious and kind.
