I am disabled and I was so worried that I was wasting my money on this resort. That Hill is so intimidating for someone using a walker. Well ASK and talk to the front desk they will give you the easiest way to conquer that hill!! The Inn - We called ahead and they arranged pick up for us at the airport quick and easy and efficient!! Love Love it. We got to the Inn at about 2 PM and our room was ready, bell hop was quick and efficient and the staff at the front desk AMAZING. Up to our room and we were not disappointed, clean, modern, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We unpacked and got ready to explore. Keurig in there as well as a fridge. Off to Pikes Market we went --- again ask the front desk how to get there, you can do it! I was amazed how well I managed the street. Now here is a couple of complaints 1) The last night there some idiots in the street (this is not the Markets fault) decided to scream their heads off at around 2 AM. Woke up hubby and I. 2) The first morning there was a garbage pick up or something at 5 Am and that woke us up. But we were so tired from the time change and exploring everything that we fell quickly back to sleep. They have fresh coffee and hot chocolate 24/7 in the lobby! Hot chocolate is GOOD! And we did room service for breakfast. So be aware they tell you this when you order. They have a 20 min leeway so if you order it at 9 it could easily come at 9:20 this was not a problem for us. The food was delicious!! The Eggs Benedict almost as good as the ones I cook. Target is literally a block away if you need staples. Monorail (think that is what they call it) is about two blocks away to take you to the Space Needle and the glass museum etc. Ask the front desk to help with this their staff was wonderful!! We loved this Inn and we would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Seattle. I worried myself for nothing about access for me :)

I don't typically stay in $600 a night accommodations. I think if we had been sleeping on a cot the view would have been worth the price. As it was, the room was a spacious suite with a couch and sitting area. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was elegantly styled. Room service for dinner was great and breakfast was adequate. The location is just steps from the Pike Place Market and close to dozens of restaurants and attractions. We probably won't wait 25 years before we visit again.

Can't beat this place for it's location near Pike's Market. The pillows are to die for, so much so, I may order them for home. At first the bathroom seemed amazing until one realizes there isn't a door on the shower. To turn on the water, a knob needs to be pulled at the same time the shower faucet is adjusted - all while standing under the cold water waiting for it to warm up. One could turn on the hand held shower head first, hoping it would warm up the main faucet, but there is really no way to avoid the drench of cold water. The shower looks good, but is a design fail.

The room was a nice size and the shower was fabulous, the towels were fluffy, but the bed was soft and lumpy although the sheets were high quality. Great location and friendly staff. Loaner umbrellas, turndown service with chocolates. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable.

The location was in walking distance from everything we wanted to see, even the Space Needle; about a 15 minute walk. I would have liked it if the room wasnt so bright at night, from the outside lights. Same with the little bit of traffic noise. As for the noise in the hotel, it was quiet. The staff was all so kind. I loved the hot chocolate machine in the lobby.
