Inn at the Market

I had the absolute best birthday stay at Inn at the Market — I genuinely can’t recommend it enough. The location alone is unbeatable — literally right in front of Pike Place Market. You step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of everything, which made the entire trip feel effortless and exciting. We arrived early Friday morning around 11:30 AM, fully expecting to just drop our bags… but to our surprise, our room was already ready. That level of accommodation set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was beautiful — it honestly felt brand new. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping was incredible throughout our stay — every day we came back to a perfectly refreshed room, with fresh towels, water, and the sweetest touch: two local Seattle chocolates waiting for us. Such a small detail, but it made it feel extra special and personal. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. The front desk team was genuinely kind and accommodating in a way that felt effortless. I bought flowers from Pike Place Market, and they happily let me borrow a vase so I could enjoy them in the room — such a thoughtful gesture. Anytime we needed water, they were quick to provide it, and they were always helpful with anything we asked. They even have umbrellas available to borrow, which is such a perfect (and necessary) Seattle touch. The hotel itself has such a cozy, charming vibe. There’s a cute lobby with a fireplace that made it the perfect spot to relax, especially on checkout day. Speaking of — they were more than happy to hold our bags after checkout, which made our last day in Seattle completely stress-free. And honestly, for everything you get — the location, the service, the thoughtful details — the price is really great. It feels like such a good value for the experience. Free WiFi, warm service, an unbeatable location, and all of those thoughtful little touches — this place truly made my birthday trip feel memorable. If you’re going to Seattle, stay here. You won’t regret it. 💛

I can't even begin to explain how amazing my husband my stay was here. We had such an amazing time. All of the staff was lovely and amazing and attentive. There was not one thing about this place that was not amazing from the room the location and overall experience. I would definitely be staying here again. Next time I come to Seattle.

We are picky travelers and my family & I can't say enough about our stay at Inn at the Market. The property is immersed in the market and Puget Sound waterfront, yet just separate enough to provide a quiet front-row view of everything when you want to relax. Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in a perfectly un-stuffy way. Eccentric and modern at the same time, with many details and choices that let you know someone has given a lot of thought to the experience of staying here. The open-air courtyard tucked off the alley and a fire in the lobby are great first impressions, and reliable indicators of everything else about Inn at the Market. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back. Thanks!
