If you don't mind the crush of people visiting Pike Place Market and other sites in the area, the Inn at the Market is a great choice. It provides a quiet refuge from the hubbub, with a nice staff and sophisticated decor. Our corner room had a view of the bay, and was surprisingly quiet considering its location.

Located right in the centre of the Pike Place Market on the waterfront. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, Terri views. The shower was spectacular. Service staff very friendly. IF you are going on a cruise this hotel is PERFECT before and after. Located maybe 10 minutes from the docks, a quick cab and you're there. Very close to SAFECO and the football field as well. Really enjoyed the visit. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week at the Inn at the Market. Could not have asked for a better location=walking distance to the ferries (to British Columbia and Bainbridge island along with others) and right next to Pike Place Market. The room was well maintained, clean and included turn down service nightly. The front desk people were adequate and were available to answer questions as needed. At other nice hotels, they have readily offered to book tours and reservations but this did not happen here-I could have asked but did not want to put anyone out. They do have lots of brochures to hand out if you ask and will give directions as well. The roof top deck is amazing and a perfect place to start and end the day. No restaurants in the hotel but there is free starbucks coffee and restaurants right outside the front door. I have a hard time justifying almost 400/night for a room but if you want a wonderful stay in a perfect location this is the place to be.

We discovered Inn at the Market five years ago and promised ourselves we would return. Our return visit did not disappoint and reaffirmed our enthusiasm for this hotel. The staff are all thoughtful, professional, and skilled. The rooms are very clean and updated. The location is amazing! There may be newer hotels, but no other hotel can give you such a perfect Seattle stay as does the Inn at the Market.

Absolutely the best location near the public market and views of Elliot Bay. Our stay here before our Alaskan cruise were met with outstanding staff, a gorgeous water view room, and a rooftop balcony for you to observe the ferries coming and going. Very happy we chose the Inn to begin our vacation!!
