We ate breakfast o e mornin and both Bobby and Stephen were very attentative yo our needs. They kept the water and coffee refilled without being asked. Thanks gor doing such a great job.

My experience at the Hilton Motif Seattle was truly elevated thanks to Travis. I had asked to see a room on a higher floor to take in the waterfront views, and while the view from the 19th floor was already impressive, he had something even more special in mind. Travis went above and beyond by giving my friend Debbie and me a tour of the penthouse on the 20th floor—and it was absolutely incredible. I loved it so much that I ended up upgrading my room on the spot, and it was completely worth it. From start to finish, Travis was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely focused on making sure my stay was exceptional. He turned a great visit into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Travis, for a truly priceless experience!

The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Seattle, a brief walk to shopping and Pike’s Place Market. The decor is modern eclectic. Our room was clean and comfortable. Stephen was our server at Frolik restaurant all four days and was great!

Stephen at the hotel restaurant Frolik was great. He was attentive, had a great attitude, and was very personable . I would highly recommend Frolik and if you get Stephen know you are in good hands.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Motif Seattle and will absolutely be returning. What really stood out during my visit was the level of service. I had the pleasure of meeting the building’s Chief Engineer, Miguel, who went out of his way to make sure everything in my room was perfect. He personally helped adjust the thermostat to create a warm, comfortable atmosphere—exactly what we needed for a cozy evening after a long day. Beyond that, he took the time to recommend a great local spot for a family-style breakfast the next morning, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. It’s rare to experience that kind of genuine care and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. Looking forward to my next stay.
