Hilton Motif Seattle

First asigned room 619 which was warm. of course the maintenance guy comes in points the temp reader to vent, and says ," like they all do", its blowing out 67. I say point that to my bed, 78!!!! he stated the cooling system CAN NOT BE CONTROLLED BY ROOM OCCUPANT. THIS ROOM IS NOT CHEAP AND LEAST WE CAN GET IS A COOL NIGHTS SLEEP. NOPE! switched to room 1213 and same. The maintenance guy also said with the ELDER patrons that frequent this hotel for cruise ship accessibility are ALWAYS COLD. So i have to suffer. This NOT allowing temp to be moderated by patron as PAID for needs to stop. ^65 Degreez is optimal temp for humans beings to sleep restfully. Stop gaslighting patrons by sending maintenance up with that temperature gun.

We had a single night stay here prior to leaving on a cruise and we were absolutely blown away by the views, the staff, and location of the hotel. Mustafa, at the front desk, was attentive and made sure guests were well taken care of.

Great location, you can’t beat the location and the hotel is great and clean!

You should like this stylish Hilton high rise - quiet as a forest, having quality bedding and situated within blocks of the (in)famous Pike Street Market! The in- house restaurant was very good and offered delicious cheddar biscuits which we ordered twice! A short walk to Tullio’s restaurant - reviewed separately. An enjoyable stay!

I had a wonderful experience dining at the restaurant at the Hilton Motif in Seattle, and I especially want to recognize Chanel, my server. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, and always seemed to have a smile when bringing my food or checking in on me. I was in Seattle under difficult circumstances because my dad was in the hospital, and when Chanel heard what was going on, she showed genuine kindness and concern. It meant more to me than she probably realized. I also want to recognize Kyle, the host. When I returned for dinner a second time, he remembered me and took the time to ask how my dad was doing and whether he was making progress. That kind of personal attention really stood out. Both Chanel and Kyle made me feel genuinely cared for during a stressful time away from home. Their warmth, professionalism, and compassion are a real credit to the Hilton Motif. Thank you both for making my dinners there such a positive part of my stay.
