Hilton Motif Seattle

We got off our cruise super early and decided to head to our hotel which was a 10-15 minute walk from the dock! Of course it was only 8am but Jamie at front desk was super friendly and let us stow our suitcases at the hotel and said we would get a text when our rooms were ready! She let us know that it is kind of early and not much is open yet but they do have their own breakfast restaurant open. They also have this great cafe right across with amazing pastries called Freya! We walked to Pike place which was less than a 10 minute walk but unfortunately they were barely opening up and most of it was still closed. We were honestly so exhausted from our early morning disembarking the cruise we went back to just sit in the lobby and I even had to take a nap just sitting there. Jamie came over to us on the couch around 11am and she kindly remembered my last name and notified us our room was ready even before the app did! She was so hospitable and kind because we were exhausted and we were so appreciative of her. We even just grabbed a drink at the Frolik bar and restaurant and Stephen was there to immediately greet us warmly. We sat at the bar and wanted to try the famous Seattle ciders. They had a great one and Stephen even let us sample it before committing to a full glass. Big shoutout to Stephen for being so friendly and honestly made us feel so at home and so comfortable talking to him. Seriously Huge shoutout to the staff, they make us feel like more than just guests staying here. Especially big shout out to Jamie from front desk and Stephen from the bar at Frolik. Because of them alone I would absolutely love to return to this hotel and the rooms are so beautiful and spacious

We’re still in house, but just have to give a quick thank you to the staff we’ve encountered so far during our stay at the Hilton Motif Seattle. Every interaction has reflected genuine hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. A special thank you to Kim in Operations for her IT assistance, who went above and beyond to help quickly and efficiently when support was needed. Her friendly professionalism and willingness to assist made a tremendous difference during our stay. I would also like to recognize Stephen, the bartender at Frol!k. I asked him to recommend and create a beverage for me, and he crafted the “Golden Smoke.” It was exactly as he described — unique, balanced, memorable, and absolutely delicious. His creativity, personality, and knowledge elevated the entire experience. Our large group was also checked in seamlessly by Mustafa, who handled everything with impressive speed, kindness, and warm hospitality. Coordinating a large arrival is no small task, and he made everyone feel welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. So far, the Hilton Motif Seattle combines excellent service with a great atmosphere, and team members like Kim, Stephen, and Mustafa are exactly why this property stands out. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

i enjoyed my stay. the hotel was close to the location of my meeting. the room was clean and modern. the front desk staff were very pleasant. the food in the restaurant on the 5th floor was very good. shout out to Michelle B who was very friendly and helpful (thank you for the to go cup).

Great location, clean room. What made this exceptional was the check-in and check-out process. Outstanding service by Anna who took exceptional care of me for both checking in and checking out.

I had an item for work I needed to repair. Miguel Lopez (Chief Engineer). Not only offered to help, but was able to repair the item himself! This is the definition of elite customer service. Thank you Miguel!
