Hilton Motif Seattle

Great, centrally located hotel. About a 5 minute walk from the light rail, Target and Pike Place. We had a room with two beds and it was quite spacious. Staff were super helpful, we needed our cruise tags printed and they happily helped. Had breakfast in the restaurant, a little pricey but delicious.

My most positive experience at this hotel was the breakfast team. My server was Stephen along with Bobby on some days. The kitchen team on those days were Phil, Ambrose,Nabin and Krystella. The service was timely, friendly fun and truly outstanding. It made my two weeks away from home a lovely experience. As for the rest of the experience it was hit or miss. I understand that management is changing hands in July 1 so perhaps that’s why the challenges. I’d stay there again though. Great location. Comfortable beds. But thin walls!

An excellent experience at a hotel has to start with the staff. Travis went above and beyond assisting with excellent recommendations as well as being extremely helpful with their knowledge of the area and making sure my stay was as fantastic as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for travel if you are wanting to stay near Pike’s Place in this area. You won’t regret it!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Frolic and cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. Our server, Stephen, was truly phenomenal! He was so kind, attentive, and made amazing brunch recommendations that did not disappoint. He went above and beyond in every way imaginable. One of the sweetest moments of our visit was when Stephen noticed my son had a small duck that he needed to photograph for a summer school project. Thanks to Director Kim for allowing it, Stephen took the duck to a secret vault and helped us capture some incredible photos for my son to share with his teacher and classmates about what his duck was up to this summer. It was such a thoughtful gesture that completely made our day and created a memory our family won’t forget. A huge thank you as well to Krystella and Nabin for making our experience so special. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious. The watermelon and burrata salad was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The truffle fries were amazing, and impressively, they were the only fries my kids would even eat! We also ordered three different smoothies and a cold-pressed juice, and each one was better than the last. The lattes were exactly what we needed after a long night of traveling. My husband’s eggs Benedict were delicious, and the presentation of every dish was beautiful. We highly recommend this rooftop restaurant to anyone visiting. The food was outstanding, but it was the genuine hospitality and exceptional service that truly set this experience apart. Thank you again, Stephen, you absolutely made our entire day!
