Hilton Motif Seattle

We had a fabulous time for our friend’s birthday trip! Motif is perfectly located near everything you need and want in downtown Seattle. Staff is always available and willing to assist (Travis and Spencer are exceptionally kind!) and housekeeping staff are so sweet. We will be back!

Huge thanks to Mohammad for the warm welcome! I was feeling so worn out from an early morning flight, but he went above and beyond to help me check in early. His kindness and professional service really touched my heart. It was the perfect start to my trip. Thank you so much!

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities are excellent. Special thanks to Mohammad, who handled our check-in; he was incredibly professional and kind. He even helped us check in early, which was a huge relief after our 20-hour flight. We truly appreciate his help and for giving us such a wonderful first impression of Seattle. :)

This hotel is in a great spot to access the market and transit. Easy to walk around with places to eat near by. The hotel has been updated quite a bit and feels modern yet classy. The parking garage is on site with elevator access directly to the lobby. The rooms feel spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a decently sized vanity and the shower has decent water pressure. You may pay a little more to stay here, but for that you get onsite dining and a lot is within walking distance. It’s not far from Westlake station which will give you access to the rest of the city. For this I think it’s a great value. The hotel common spaces and room was clean and well maintained. You can hear some sound from the hallway when people are talking, but the floors remain fairly quiet though out the night. Service was friendly and I felt taken care of from the moment I checked in until the time I checked out. Travis at the front desk took amazing care of us on check in. From getting us into a room with a better water view to making sure we got our money’s worth out of the food and beverage credits. He also remembered us from prior stays and welcomed us back. It’s the little things like that make you feel welcome. Would gladly stay here again!
