1 The staff member who checked us in was notably cold, impatient, and arrogant. Her delivery was so rapid that it was difficult to understand the necessary information, making the entire check-in process extremely unpleasant. 2 On our third night, just before bathing, we were surprised to discover that our towels had not been replaced by housekeeping. 3 The light in our room has been non-functional for an entire day, and no one was sent to repair it. 4 We were disturbed by repeated knocking on our door around 9:40 PM (21:40) by someone claiming to be hotel staff, even though we were already asleep.

The location is the best part of staying at the Motif. Our room located on the 12th floor was quiet. The room was uncomfortable starting with the bed being too firm. The TV didn’t work and toilet wouldn’t flush. The pipes are very loud when showering. The safe didn’t work either. The hotel staff sent maintenance to our room twice. Once to fix the TV and again to fix our toilet. The inconveniences weren’t worth the price.

Very dirty room one of the beds was broken. They didn’t even give us the correct room service was horrible. Worst experience in a hotel. Do not stay here.

I stayed at Hilton Motif Seattle from 18th to 20th September 2025, with the full amount prepaid through MakeMyTrip. However, upon checkout, my card was charged again for one night despite the booking being fully settled in advance. While one duplicate charge was later refunded, another charge (USD 325.40 / INR 29,937.27) remains unresolved. Multiple follow-ups and emails to the hotel have gone unanswered. This experience has been disappointing and not in line with the standards expected from a Hilton property. I hope the matter is reviewed and corrective steps are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future. I truly hope Hilton reviews its billing practices and improves its guest support response time, so future travellers don’t face the same frustration.
