I enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific. The location was ideal between Amazon buildings that I was visiting during my stay. My room was spacious, included a soaking tub and a wonderful view of the city and the water. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding, finishes, and linens were luxurious. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Everything was extremely clean. I had breakfast every day in their restaurant which was delicious. I hope to stay again soon.

It was our first roadtrip with an EV, and after long day of traffic and driving around trying to find EV charging stations that fits our 2024 car. We came across Pan Pacific Seattle at 10:30pm on a Saturday. Kipp is AMAZING!! he came out, help us find an outlet by the valet stand, welcome us graciously along with Noble and Steven. All of these wonderful gentlemen made it happened for us!! They were engaging, kind, courteous, and most importantly WILLING TO HELP!!! Greeted us bright and early in the morning again!! the 2 valet gentlemen (didn't catch their names but Sunday 4/21 morning shift) were also wonderful & helpful. Thank you Kipp, Noble and Steven!!! you guys' help made our trip to Seattle memorable!!

We stayed for only one night and would for sure come back. I like this area of Seattle - walkable to most everything and it feels safe. The hotel is right above a Whole Foods which is very convenient for picking up snacks, wine/beer or eat at the hot bar. Hotel parking downtown Seattle too expensive but I guess driving is a luxury you have to pay for. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The whole staff treated us with so much care and kindness. Staying in a hotel room with a baby can be hard but the room layout and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. There were amenities that we didn’t know about ahead of time such as the driver service, free evening wine and a sauna. We were blown away. It was definitely the best hotel experience we have had and we can’t wait to become return visitors.

The Pan Pacific Hotel is gorgeous, comfortable and an all around wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were hugely comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and they're amazing about accommodating food restrictions. Anything we wanted, they did. We planned our wedding with them and they were brilliant, kind and responsive. We will absolutely stay again. Farid checked us in and made sure our room was settled, Jordan was our server at dinner and Ashley planned our event - they were all fantastic.
