Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

The property is absolutely gorgeous. From the minute you walk in, you stop feeling like you're in the middle of a busy Seattle neighborhood. Plants everywhere, the air is fresh and you're greeted by a friendly staff. My sister and I were in town for a birthday getaway and staying at the 1Hotel was just what we needed. David and Mario definitely stood out as they were helpful in getting checked in and even to use the house car to take us around(within a 2 mi radius) The room was great, different settings for lighting and automatic lights on the bathroom are the small touches that set this place apart. Turndown service was so cute with the robe set out after a long day being tourists. We didn't get to spend time in the bar but the lobby area was a comfortable place to wait for Ubers or kill time, there was even a DJ Saturday evening playing loungey style music. Next time, I'll stop by the bar because I saw blue cheese olives in a martini. Overall 10 out of 10, and I cannot wait to come back!

Set in downtown Seattle the hotel provides a nice break from city concrete with earthy decor. Rooms are great and the bed also. Staff were very warm and accommodating and helpful. Very easy to walk to most all big attractions. The only nit might be more staff for restaurants especially in the morning.

Good location, clean and modern. However, despite reserving and paying for a room with a view well ahead of time, I was given a larger room looking into the courtyard and told they were sold out of the rooms with a view. Feels like a miss.

I stayed at this hotel while I was in Seattle for a business trip, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of work. The staff throughout the property were friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay even better. The valet service especially stood out. They were always quick, attentive, and efficient, so I never had to wait long for my car, even during busy times. A special shoutout to CJ and Ben in valet for providing outstanding customer service. They were professional, personable, and went out of their way to make every interaction a positive one. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their friendly attitude made a lasting impression. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m in Seattle for business. Highly recommend!

This hotel is definitely a crowning jewel in the city of Seattle. The staff is professional, engaging and absolutely delightful to work with. The property is beautiful and our every need was met. A fabulous location with great dining on site. We will absolutely return!
