Nice hotel with terrible dining experiences
Great hotel with updated fixtures and a comfortable stay but the dining options during breakfast are super subpar with terrible service. It is a 5 star hotel in terms of decoration but the dining really brings down the experience. I wouldn't come here again based on my dining experiences and would rather spend the same amount of money at another hotel with better dining services.

A Seattle Gem with a Wonderful Staff
We had a wonderful stay at the 1 Hotel. Between the room, the amenities, and the food/bar, everything is top notch. Special shoutout to Eddie - he served us at both restaurants (Drift and La Loba). He made our experience extra special - he was helpful, friendly, warm, and remembered little details about us that is telling of his passion for his industry. 100/10 recommend staying here and hope our travels brings us back!

A Hidden GEM
It’s my first time to stay at this hotel. It is a hidden gem and one in a kind experience. Pros: 1. It surprises me with a lot of live plants. The hotel is a showcase of nature. The plants in the hotel rooms with books of how to take care of plants. The hotel decoration features local plant scene - a lot of Northwest moss-like displays, which are artistic and creative.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel with natural wood tones and a focus on sustainability. It was in a great location downtown, only a 15 min walk to Pike Market and clear views of the Space Needle. The room and bed was comfortable and lovel

Clean & cosy but needs some improvements
Cosy and lovely hotel & very clean but for the price £500 a night, the bath plug didn’t hold the water in and the temperature was going hot / cold and the bath panel came loose which is strange for a 5 star ! Our food in laloba we ordered beef cheek but it was cold:( very expensive for cold meat, but breakfast was really nice
