The location is great and the room is well decorated with good amenities, but the overall experience is definitely below the bar. 1. I appreciate the hotel stuff paying attention to the elevator problem, but it is frustrating to have non-working elevator system in 2 days. The wait time for elevator is 5-10 minutes and it is not improving in 2 days. 2. The wait time in Drift restaurant is too long. After ordering, the wait time is 30-50 minutes for the food to arrive, for both dinner and breakfast. Look somewhere else if you have an impatient kid. 3. There is a soft spot on the floor in the room. Though not a big deal, it still makes noises every time you step onto it (it is right in front of the bathroom, so you wont miss it)

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel Seattle. From the moment we checked in, the hotel was impeccably clean, beautiful, and welcoming. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality—especially from Gene. Gene was incredibly kind to our 7-year-old and made our entire family feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. It’s rare to find service that is both genuinely warm and highly professional, but Gene and the team delivered seamlessly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Seattle. The location is prime, the service is great and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Gene and his team do a great job. Every little detail is impeccable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Seattle.

1 Hotel in Seattle was the perfect place to rest up and retreat before our long flight home to Miami. Felt like we had our own apartment for the day. The interior design was inspiring, the gym was wonderful and the view of the Space Needle was spectacular.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! I stayed in the King City room with my partner last week and our stay at 1 Hotel Seattle was truly unforgettable and exceeded all of our expectations. From the beautiful interior designs and calming atmosphere to the thoughtful details throughout the property, every aspect of our visit felt intentional, elevated, and welcoming. What truly made our experience so special was the incredible staff. The Director of Front Office, Gene Oineza, and Mario from the front desk team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our very first time visiting Seattle, they made us feel right at home and gave us such a warm welcome to the city. One thing that stood out throughout our stay was how authentically happy and engaged the staff were. Every team member we interacted with was kind, positive, and eager to help. It was clear that there is a strong culture of care and respect within their company. When a company truly takes care of its own people, it translates so naturally and clearly to the guest experience. That was absolutely reflected in every interaction we had here. If I could give 10 stars for this reason, I would! We loved the convenience of the complimentary car service, available upon request based on availability on a first-come-first-serve basis, which provides transportation within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. Their standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. We were grateful that the team was able to accommodate our early check-in and late check-out requests (when available), which added an extra level of flexibility and hospitality to our experience. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to wellness and sustainability. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. It was inspiring to see how 1 Hotel incorporates eco-conscious practices into the guest experience, from the beautiful natural design elements to thoughtful details like recyclable room key cards. It’s clear that sustainability is not just a concept here, but something that is genuinely integrated into the hotel’s values and everyday operations. Lovely Mario also shared with us about 1 Hotel West Hollywood, and after experiencing the incredible hospitality at 1 Hotel Seattle, we would absolutely love to stay there as well. This experience was truly that wonderful! Thank you to Gene, Mario, and the entire 1 Hotel Seattle team for creating such a memorable and welcoming experience. We can’t wait to return to Seattle one day and HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a meaningful luxury experience.
