1 Hotel Seattle offers a unique and refined decor that makes it stand apart from all the other establishments. A stellar 5-star hotel that is definitely worth it. The Room: The room was pristine, impeccable and there was no noise issue. The furniture and caprets in the room epitomize natural craftmanship with their perfectly worked woods and pleasant textures. The lights are dimmable so the lighting can be adjusted to match your personal preference The in-room filtered drinking water dispenser was so convenient. This is such a great idea! The Food: The meals from Drift were so delicious! There is a mini-bar with snacks and beverages in the room. There is also a huge Whole Food Market store located right next to the hotel Service: In-room dining orders are seamless through the 1 Hotel app and are available for essentially the whole day (6 am to 10 pm at the time); the service was prompt and professional. Amazing valet staff who will greet you and open the door for you when you leave and return. Overall, my stay was fantastic; truly a one-of-a-kind experience! I would be delighted to return and stay here again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at 1 Hotel Seattle, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made the experience unforgettable—especially Monica and Susan, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly set the tone for the entire visit. The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The truffle fries are to die for. Breakfast was exceptionally. fresh berries, eggs to order, and the delicious roasted potatoes. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities here, which made it so easy to fully relax and unwind. Speaking of relaxing—the entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, serene, and restorative. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle of the city while still being right in the heart of everything. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to my next stay. Truly a standout experience.

Eddie was our REMARKABLE server every morning at breakfast and provided exceptional customer service! He made our large extended family feel welcome each morning. He was also super helpful with our one year old to make sure we had everything needed for a great meal for us all.
