Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

One of the most beautifully decorated hotels I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell this hotel chain trains their employees to make every guest feel seen and welcomed from the minute you exit your vehicle. Our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful bathtub, shower, king bed, couch and dining table and the most beautiful view of Seattle. The restaurant was delicious with a fantastic cocktail menu and drink selection. Cannot wait to stay at another 1hotel in a different city, but this one was especially special. Check in team and receptionists were so kind- a special mention to Mario. The team gave us the sweetest chocolate platter for our anniversary and a lovely handwritten note (which was made of paper that you can plant and grow flowers from!) so many curated, intentional moments at this hotel. Would recommend for couples or business travelers. Although I’m sure kids would be welcomed and taken amazing care of, it’s not a place I’d bring my son, as it has more adult vibes. The room itself was so comfortable, with a bed I fell asleep in with ease. Also a nice little convenience was having a Whole Foods directly below the hotel (you just took an outside elevator that took you straight there). They provided a free car service if you needed to go within 2 miles of the hotel, which saved us on Uber rides. Would absolutely return.

My family and I recently had a fantastic first-time experience at 1 Hotel Seattle. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Mark at valet for his warm welcome and helpful local tips, and to Ignacio and Mario at the front desk for being so friendly and accommodating. We also want to give a special shout-out to Matt, who was incredibly quick and patient in handling our multiple requests, including setting up a baby crib for us. The location is perfect, with plenty of great shops nearby and convenient access to Whole Foods. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of the city and the Space Needle. We really appreciate the signature 1 Hotel vibe—it truly feels like a refreshing, nature-inspired oasis in the heart of the city. We look forward to staying here again!

My wife and I loved this hotel! Beautiful aesthetic and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be back next time we are in the area!

We stayed at 1 Hotel Seattle for our 30th Anniversary and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome and friendly. The room we had was wonderful, very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom had a nice shower and separate tub. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel restaurant in the morning, the servers made us feel very welcome. The location was great for seeing various sites in the city.

Was in seattle for a concert mid September, what a beautiful city! Stayed at the 1, the ambience is amazing!! While I was there, I started off my mornings down at the lobby bar with a coffee and breakfast most mornings and it was a pleasure to meet Eddie, what an amazing fellow! On the second day he had my name and drink order memorized, no better way to start the day than with appreciation!! Long story short, if you’re going to visit gloomy Seattle, come before the summer ends, don’t hesitate at staying at the 1 and go get a coffee from Eddie!!
