Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

We are currently staying at this hotel, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the staff has been unbelievably accommodating — every interaction has been so sweet, thoughtful, and genuine. Ahmed is the man! Our room is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere throughout the entire hotel is beautiful and calming, and the bed is so comfortable! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Seattle, walkable to great restaurants, Pike Place Market, and so many things we wanted to explore. It has truly been top-tier service, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

We had the most beautiful experience at 1 Hotel Seattle. The hospitality is incredible, and a cozy dinner at La Loba was a night to remember. We had the privilege of having Daryian as our server— 10/10 no notes. Every dish and drink he recommended far exceeded our expectations. We were also lucky enough to have the best table in the house right in front of the flamenco guitarists. It’s clear that the incredible music, food, and service is the best Seattle has to offer.

We had such a wonderful dinner at La Loba in 1 Hotel Seattle. We came on a Friday night when they had a live Spanish guitar performance, and it was absolutely beautiful — the perfect backdrop to the evening. The cocktails were excellent, and the tapas were even better. The standout for us was the tableside beef tartare — beautifully prepared, flavorful, and such a fun experience to watch. Every dish felt thoughtful and elevated. The service was truly exceptional, reminiscent of the classy restaurants you find in New York. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive, even checking in to make sure we didn’t have a show to catch so he could pace the meal just right. Overall, a gorgeous ambiance, memorable food, and impeccable service. We’ll definitely be back.

The dining experience at the La Loba restaurant was absolutely flawless. From the food to the service, we were treated with the utmost care and hospitality. Daryian and company were incredibly professional staff members. I will absolutely be returning to this restaurant many more occasions.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while celebrating a birthday. We were looking for a quiet luxurious staycation and the 1 hotel provided that and more. Every employee we encountered went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate us. The building is beautiful, the ambiance of the bar and restaurant are great and the service is wonderful. I don’t have enough great things to say about this place. My friends and I can’t wait to return.
