I was in Seattle on business from New York, and had an extreme schedule of travel for the week. I arrived on a non-stop from New York at 9PM and probably checked in around 10 at Pan Pacific. They welcomed me, and set me up at the bar for an excellent dinner. The room was unbelievably comfortable and beautiful. After dinner, I took my glass of wine upstairs from the bar and poured a soaking bath in the giant tub. It was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in, even if I was looking at the back side of the Seattle Times. Bed was perfect, and allowed me to relax for the night I was in town, before getting on a plane and flying back across the country again.

The Pan Pacific is a fabulous hotel and I would absolutely recommend staying there. Most importantly, the service was superb with all of the staff being courteous, friendly and attentive. Like all great luxury hotels, the bathroom comes with bathrobes, slippers, highest quality towels (thick, soft, fluffy), linens (soft), and toiletries. The hotel overall has a quiet and dignified feel. There is a car service that will drive you anywhere within 2 miles. Turn down service included water and chocolates. The location is perfect for tourists who want to be near the water, the space needle and the shopping. I gave this property an "almost a 5 star" because I was impressed by the level of attention to detail. The doorman who is on point for every guest, the car driver who waited while I ran inside a store to pick something up, the front desk who managed my check-in/check-out quickly without seeming rushed, and similar features. What kept this property from being a 5 were the level of outside noise including construction noise and ambulance sirens most likely related to the downtown location and the restaurant which was moderately priced and decent with excellent service - but the food was not anything special.

Great hotel in Seattle where I always stay at when visiting clients. Rooms are clean and contemporary however I wish they would change the light fixture bulbs in the rooms from icy cold white to warm lights. The restaurant at the hotel lobby is pretty great. This hotel does offer a gym but it's outside the property across the entrance. A bit of an inconvenience when you wanna walk across in the cold and rainy Seattle weather. Hotel also offers a free ride within the 2 mile radius of hotel which is great. Overall great hotel with friendly staff.

They have personal pick up and drop off within a 2 mile distance!!! Saves a lot of money on taxi. WONDERFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY staffs. Cleaning crew were so quiet and mindful that I never knew they were even outside cleaning. It's a such a great environment for a relaxing get away. The location of the hotel is close to downtown, the Pike Place Market and to the Space Needle. I will definitely stay with them again!

I got a room with a beautiful view of the Space needle as promised. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service (2-mile radius) was great! Comfortable lobby with a fireplace where we could hang out with friends.
