Wonderful service
My son and I had an amazing time at the 1 Hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly. We had incredible service, especially from Susan Eddie in the restaurant. They went above and beyond and taking care of us during our stay.

Intentional Beauty and Experience
We had the pleasure of staying at 1 Hotel for a business trip and it was an amazing experience. Every aspect of 1 Hotel is filled with intention from the gorgeous design, the immaculate rooms, incredible amenities and most importantly the unbeatable staff and service. The hotel’s focus on green initiative and how they intuitively incorporate them into the amenities like purified water spouts and refillable water bottles in every room was an added bonus. Each person we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive to needs and requests, and knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and Seattle. I was checked in by Gene who was a wealth of information, have GREAT food recommendations and was super helpful with ensuring me, my team and our clients had an amazing stay! Overall 11/10 and I can’t wait to return here and to other 1 hotel properties!

BEST HOTEL EVER! 🏙️ For my first trip to Seattle, staying at 1 Hotel Seattle was hands down the best decision. This place was the highlight of my trip! ✨ From the eco-friendly 🌿 luxury vibes, spotless rooms 🛏️, to the incredibly friendly staff —everything exceeded my expectations. My mom and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived , which made our stay even more special. Our 1-bedroom terrace suite 🌇 was stunning and felt so personalized—it truly felt like home away from home 🏡. Huge shoutout to Gene, David, and Johnny 🙌 for making our stay unforgettable!

The most beautiful hotel stay I've had in the US. Stunning guest rooms and incredibly warm and welcoming staff. Eddie at the Drift cafe and bar is a diamond.
