Beautiful place, quite magical and very romantic setting. I stayed at the enchantment with my partner and we had the most relaxing time. We were able to totally disconnect from the world and leave feeling totally rejuvenated.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. The hotel was dramatically understaffed and as a result the service was terrible. We were constantly waiting - for food, for the bellmen, for the concierge. There were two days where the front desk line was constantly busy and we could not get through. It was the worst run hotel I've stayed at at any price, much less over a thousand dollars a night. I strongly recommend you book elsewhere where you'll have a good experience and get your money's worth.

The suite we reserved was tired and need of a refurbishment. The value proposition was poor and didn't live up to our expectations. The level of service on the grounds was excellent except for Guest Services who never seemed to be available.

Disconnect from the everyday world and recharge in the middle of the red rocks. It’s about a 10 minute drive into Boyton Canyon and it’s totally natural peaceful bliss that is truly magical.

Doug at the Trailhouse at Enchantment dig a great job guiding a mountain biking tour. Fun and informative. He stopped often enough to let me catch my breath. Well done!

Best ever! Service, environment, food, views, romance...Plus 20 deer on the grounds to greet us, couldn't have been any better. I have been to many places in this world, this was in my top 5!! Thank you!
