We had a creekside cottage that was very nice and clean. The entire property is lovely and overall we had a really nice stay. A few things to share with management: 1. The piped in music playing throughout the property doesn’t seem necessary. It plays from 9am-9pm, and was right next to our cottage, not ideal when trying to relax in the room. Was told it would be turned down but it never was. 2. No drink or food service by the pool. We ordered from our room and had it delivered to the pool. Other guests were asking us “how did you get food and drink?” It was surprising to us that service was not available by the pool. 3. Our outdoor shower flooring had cobwebs and leaves and the bench was unsteady. Attempted to sit down on it and the top was loose. 4. The toilet seat was loose. 5. We ordered room service for breakfast. When maid service came they placed our breakfast tray out on the patio table and it sat there all day in the heat with the leftovers (ick). I called mid-day to have someone pick it up, someone eventually came by but it had been several hours later.

Arrived exhausted, traveled & visited the Grand Canyon. Room was NOT ready; had to sit in uncomfortable setting waited & waited . Didn’t get a room until I insisted we be given any available room. The $75 credit for our inconvenience was an insult. Restaurant overpriced; not a warm setting. Wouldn’t stay or recommend. For the price plenty of other places to stay. 1st impression is everything. We were NOT the only ones waiting for a room. Poorly managed.

I gave lauberge a 4 rating though I think 3 stars (for this particular trip) would be more appropriate. This is my 8th year staying at lauberge in a creekside cottage. The website shows amenities and pricing for each type of cottage. This year the creekside cottage we had, had the amenities of a spa cottage according to lauberge’s website description. Not a huge deal, but worth a mention so that going forward management can possibly reclassify this cottage (#33) as a spa cottage or update its amenities to make it a true creekside cottage. As always, staff and the grounds were impeccable. This place is luxurious to say the least, and totally amazing.

We had our wedding reception/dinner at L'Auberge and it was perfect! Kathryn Cowan and Kathryn Cortopassi were both amazing to work with and made our reception a night we will never forget! The bartenders and the servers were outstanding as well. Highly recommend if you are looking for a location to host your special day.

Beautiful property on Oak Creek! We enjoyed a quite, serene and pleasurable stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. Location close to Uptown Sedona and overall convenient to exploring the beautiful surroundings. We'll be back!
