We stayed here for 2 nights in March. The staff at this hotel really sets it apart. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome and sincerely appreciated. They were helpful with local recommendations and surprisingly offered us free (!!) bottles of water. :-) Our room was in what they consider the older part of the hotel. The leather headboard was a little dated, but the corner room we were in was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. The room itself was surprisingly quiet, even though it was on the edge near the parking lot and main road. One evening we went to RED, the restaurant and ordered a bottle of wine and sat in the enclosed patio near the heaters. This was wonderful and a nice option. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed our time here. The rooms are pretty large and the staff is nice. I appears to be a conversion from an older motel to a resort. The interiors were nice but not really what you would expect. It was a good concept but just not all that impressive

I think I had read too many mixed reviews about this place and yet, was glad we still went ahead an booked a room here. Service- excellent! From start to finish, staff were extremely helpful. We ordered room service several times, and the staff at the restaurant were flexible, allowing us to order items from the small plates, as the menu in the rooms did not offer much for us, etc. If I did not ask, I would not have known-so I am glad I did. The restaurant's food was really good and service prompt. We stayed in one of the newer rooms, which was spacious, had a outdoor patio, overlooked the ground level outdoor area, had access to the outdoor fire pits, was private, quiet and a welcome respite we were looking for. We loved sitting outside at the end of activity fun filled day, having a glass of wine, and looking at the starts. The hotel itself is pretty centrally located, local grocery store next door along with a Starbucks, lots of restaurants nearby- we were happy. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Sedona Rouge Hotel for our second time. It is a delightful hotel. We were in a room in the newer section that looks out on the fire pits in the evening. The individual patios are great. The room is very nice with lots of amenities including a great soaking tub and wall fireplace to take off the evening chill. We went to the bar for a snack to decide where we wanted for dinner but our server Dyanna was so delightful, we ended up staying in the bar and ordering dinner from Red's Restaurant. It was wonderful. We would have liked to have had more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Well worth the price!

I stayed here with two teenagers. I had never been to the area so I didn't quite grasp the "uptown" Sedona area and location of the hotel but it worked fine for us. It was close to Devil's Bridge and the ATV tour we did. It was a quick drive everywhere else. The hotel room was simple, we stayed in the newer section and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We had a view out to the firepits which was nice in the evening. With three girls sharing a room I did wish the toilet area was separate from the bath as rotating showers was a bit crazy. The pool area was small but never super crowded and fit our needs. We used the spa one day and the services were decent but I did wish the hotel had more spacious steam rooms and saunas. For the price paid it was a good value.
