Family of 5 (three teenagers) stayed in the two bedroom suite. The rooms were perfect for our family. It must have been recently renovated, the rooms and bathrooms are well designed, spacious, and luxurious. Huge soaking tub and rain shower were great. Great views, balcony, and firepit area. Also really convenient that grocery store with Starbucks is next door. Murphy bed in living room was comfortable - memory foam. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Everyone begged to stay and extra night and we would have if we didn't have another reservation that was non-refundable.

My little girl and I had a great weekend at the Sedona Rouge. We packed a lot into a few days in Sedona! At the hotel, we were able to get a last minute massage reservation, a kid's Swedish for my daughter and a prenatal massage for me-it was wonderful and William and Amanda did a lovely job with the services. We swam in the pool and took advantage of the sun every day. We both enjoyed breakfast at Reds in the morning (my daughter ate free). We took advantage of room service and ordered far too many desserts :-) We did a Pink Jeep tour that picked us up at the hotel and took us to Red Mountain State Park. I really liked how centrally located the hotel was to many other things in Sedona. We loved having Pisa Lisa across the street for a gelato quick fix. I would stay here again. It perfectly suited our needs for our quick trip, rooms were clean and well put together, and service was great.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March. The staff at this hotel really sets it apart. Everyone we encountered made us feel welcome and sincerely appreciated. They were helpful with local recommendations and surprisingly offered us free (!!) bottles of water. :-) Our room was in what they consider the older part of the hotel. The leather headboard was a little dated, but the corner room we were in was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. The room itself was surprisingly quiet, even though it was on the edge near the parking lot and main road. One evening we went to RED, the restaurant and ordered a bottle of wine and sat in the enclosed patio near the heaters. This was wonderful and a nice option. We would definitely return!

We enjoyed our time here. The rooms are pretty large and the staff is nice. I appears to be a conversion from an older motel to a resort. The interiors were nice but not really what you would expect. It was a good concept but just not all that impressive

I think I had read too many mixed reviews about this place and yet, was glad we still went ahead an booked a room here. Service- excellent! From start to finish, staff were extremely helpful. We ordered room service several times, and the staff at the restaurant were flexible, allowing us to order items from the small plates, as the menu in the rooms did not offer much for us, etc. If I did not ask, I would not have known-so I am glad I did. The restaurant's food was really good and service prompt. We stayed in one of the newer rooms, which was spacious, had a outdoor patio, overlooked the ground level outdoor area, had access to the outdoor fire pits, was private, quiet and a welcome respite we were looking for. We loved sitting outside at the end of activity fun filled day, having a glass of wine, and looking at the starts. The hotel itself is pretty centrally located, local grocery store next door along with a Starbucks, lots of restaurants nearby- we were happy. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again.
