Bed Pillow Blanket are very good. Breakfast is very good. Club Floor on 37 is very good service. Hotel HHONORS Application got service for message to hotel then it is very good and helpful when i need help for anything. When I send message there will be Staff reply and help like Restaurant booking.

This hotel earns all five stars. The staff is welcoming, friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, helpful, and more. We can't wait to come back. The staff there made the stay so pleasant for those who have executive lounge access. Over two weeks, we all got to know one another, and it started to feel like a second home. We honestly will be looking forward to seeing them again in the near future. Also, the services and amenities are simply top-notch.

We used the Conrad as a base to explore Seoul for three days. Glad we did - service and comfort were top-notch. We had access to the executive lounge, and we enjoyed the breakfasts and post-touring happy hours. Shout out to Rachel, who went above and beyond. We also enjoyed the top floor bar - great evening views and attentive/friendly bar staff. Other reviews have noted the hotel's location in the financial district puts you on the opposite (south) side of the Han river from where many of Seoul's "greatest hits" tourist sites are located (north side). Don't let this dissuade you from booking the Conrad - it's a very easy subway or taxi ride to the north side of the river.

Beautiful hotel, great location near Han river. We enjoyed Executive lounge every night, except great food and drink, I especially enjoyed the warm service by Isabel and another gentleman (didn't catch his name), her smile lights up customers and adds joy during our week long stay. Hotel is not located in Gangnam or center of Seoul, short walk to Yeouido Hangang Park enjoy beautiful cherry blossom in April definitely is nice.
