Good hotel, but for that category/price, the room was small and more important, very loud. One could hear peoples words from the next room. Otherwise all good quality as expected.

I have a good time and good experience to stay here. It was super short period. But If I have chance I will come back and stay at Grand Hyatt again. mountain view is so nice .. you can enjoy beautiful night when I stay at Grand Hyatt, Seoul. See you again next trips.

Just completed a 6-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul in a Grand Suite King, using suite upgrade rewards with my family. It was our first stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul and my first visit to Korea in 17 years. The hotel pleasantly surprised us in every way. All staff, from the door staff, bell service, concierge, cleaning staff, to the club lounge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, far exceeding my expectations. Personally, I rate the Grand Hyatt Seoul even higher than the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome, as the level of service was genuine, professional, and attentive. The food at the club lounge was excellent and more than sufficient; we didn’t feel the need to dine out for breakfast and dinner. The view of Seoul was amazing, capturing the old charm of the area below, the Han River, and the skyline of Gangnam in the distance. It was just a short taxi ride to major Seoul attractions and the nearby subway station. Access to the club lounge was immensely helpful during our stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. I also discovered a coin laundry nearby, a five-minute walk down Kyunglidan Road. Though the hike back up to the hotel was steep, it was convenient to have clean laundry available during our stay. The K limousine bus stops right in front of the lobby and it was so reliable, convenient, and affordable. No need for taxi rides to and from the airport. The outdoor pool was nice, and the hot tub was so relaxing without the smell of chlorine, leaving my skin feeling rejuvenated afterwards. I would choose to stay here again and again every time I visit Seoul. Every time I visit Asia, the level of service improves, and the Grand Hyatt Seoul was exceptionally satisfying. Having stayed at many Hyatt properties around the world, I can confidently say that, for the number of points required, it offers great value. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Seoul and sincerely thank all the staff who made my trip such a fantastic experience.

The Seoul Grand Hyatt is the next level in providing a luxury experience in accommodation. The hotel lounge, food and internal services are enough not to leave the site. Hotel views are the best in Seoul.

It is an accommodation where you can enjoy the old city center, the recently popular Hannam-dong and Itaewon, and the nature of Namsan in Seoul at the same time. The facilities tend to be a bit dated, but the excellent service and prime location more than make up for it. 서울의 구도심과 요즘 핫한 한남동과 이태원 그리고 남산의 자연을 모두 즐길 수 있는 숙소입니다. 시설은 조금 노후된 경향이 있지만 직원들의 우수한 서비스와 최상의 위치가 그런 것들을 충분히 커버하고도 남습니다.
