Hotel located near Seoul Station but it’s quite difficult to access. The hotel offers a free hourly shuttle (departs the hotel on the hour ( :00 ) and leaves the station on the half hour ( :30 ). Try walking if you don’t have a lot of luggage as there are stairs and streets on steep slopes. The hotel has 2 executive lounges on 19/F & 21/F. Service is friendly. The concierge is very busy and often disappears meaning information can take a while to get. When you can get assistance, it is offered with thought and grace!!!! The rooms are dated but in good condition. They sincerely need a makeover as they truly come from another era. Overall a very average Hilton Hotel with a very good soft product. I regret having not taken photos of the room as those on the Hilton Website must have been taken in 1998!!!!

Had an overnight in Seoul after the Olympics and stayed here. In town and not at airport, close to train station. Room was large. Good good but on pricey side. There is a casino next door but didn’t go in. Concierge was helpful. Good service

Stayed end of February, for the Olympics. The hotel itself is stunning, with extremely modern and comfortable room and bathroom. Absolutely no complaints there. The thing that set this place apart is the service. We arrived with zero plans for transportation to get to the Olympic site (silly me for lack of prior planning....), and obviously, there were no available KTX train tickets. So we sat with the concierge and he went above and beyond to look up every single option possible, and got us an excellent deal on a private transport directly to the site. I will add that I am a diamond member, so I got the upgraded room plus access to the lounge (you might get it without the upgrade), and the service provided at the lounge during happy hour was quite excellent as well. The Millennium Hilton is worth every penny, and I HIGHLY recommend. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

Have stayed here several times most recently for a week long business trip. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed. Wi-fi worked well and there was a decent television channel selection is several languages. Beds are comfortable and the amenities in the bathroom are high-quality. They have a very nice executive lounge on the upper floors. Breakfast is very good and will provide a cook to order omelet if you ask. The evening reception is also nice with a good selection of beverages and sevearl "heavy " snacks.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights during the Winter Olympics. While somewhat overpriced, we chose it due to its close location to Seoul Station, meaning we could quickly walk over and catch our KTX to Pyeongchang, Jinbu, and Gangneung each day to watch our Olympic events. Staff is friendly and speak English well. As previously mentioned, it’s walking distance (~10 mins, best way is thru the parking garage accessible via main lobby by elevator down to P2 and then outside and down the hill) to Seoul Station for KTX and metro and to bus lines around the city. For arrival, you can take the KTX or express airport train to Seoul Station and then take the free Hilton shuttle (on the half hour) from Seoul Station. If you miss that, recommend to grab a taxi as the hill up to the Hilton might be a bit of a beast with luggage. There are plenty of restaurants on site at the Hilton - but all are very expensive, so it’s best to get off the property and enjoy some local food.
