Stayed five nights with wife/kids for split business/tourism goals. Got connected rooms with two beds in each - not so great for wife/I, but worked very well for our teenagers. Room was very well done, clean with desk, coffee table, comfy chair, good beds. Had a pot to heat water and make instant coffee or tea - a real let down if you like to have good coffee in your pajamas. There is a mini-fridge/bar that we did not touch -- too pricey, just like all the food options linked to the hotel. Lobby was big, beautiful with lots of places to sit/hang out. Staff was incredibly helpful with all our small needs for help/advice. At the breakfast buffet each day (on the company) - great selection including made to order eggs and variety of alternative or non-breakfast options (e.g., baked beans, cold cuts, dim sum, rice porridge). Wifi was good everywhere (but different connections in room/lobby). Business center looked decent, but charged for printing. Hotel location is very nice - can walk to Namsan park for nature strolls, or to Namdaemun market for chaos. Short cab rides to major attractions, or walk to subway stops. There are also a few cheap eats w/in a short walk, including right across street for decent hamburgers/fries. Since we were not paying it was great for us, but not sure we would have ended here if we were running our own budget.

The Hilton Millennium in Seoul offers a nice clean and comfortable setting which is complimented by a warm and friendly staff. Great location as it is very close to the Seoul station which offers trains, subway and taxis. Breakfast on the 21st floor offered good food and a great view. Really enjoyed my stay for business, will certainly return when visiting Seoul on future trips.

Hotel is very comfortable but service is mediocre. Staff service is robotic and a bit stern in regards to policies. In particular in regards to payment. Asked to pay with debit card on arrival for the room rates but was informed that can only be paid upon departure. Informed that I only had debit card and they insisted to put a hold on a debit card, a debit card will be charged if pre authorization is put on the card and to no avail they still put a hold on my card and now the additional amount is pending and I have been overcharged. Staff is not lenient in terms of payment and this may be the cause of higher management but now I am still following up for my overcharged amount. Hotel property is beautiful but difficult to reach as it is situated on a steep hill, rooms are good, clean and comfortable, but service is sub par. Hope they can rectify these issues immediately.

ALL of the staff, from valet, to desk, to dining - absolutely everyone - was very helpful, very courteous. We were there for two nights. We selected the executive room option, which offered access to an Executive Lounge, with snacks and Happy Hour from 5:30p to 8:30pm, and a lovely breakfast. We used a taxi (black) from Incheon to the hotel upon our evening arrival - 65000KRW. Orange taxis would be less. On our return to the airport we used a Korean Airlines bus(KAL), which we paid for at the hotel desk - 16000KRW each. It picked us up at the hotel - brand new, leather seats, very nice! We would definitely stay there again. And we used plastic for everything. Never got KRW.
