Great experience, perfect accommodation, super safe are and the concierge Mrs Summer Park was wonderful
Great location near main shopping street and a lot of nice restaurants . Service was on time. Good breakfast and special assistance form concierge Mrs Summer Park who helped us a lot! Definitely we will visit again!

Very pleasant experience in Westin Josun Seoul
The whole staff was extremely welcoming, we felt like we came to visit family. Woody was specially attentive to our needs since we are 3 people in our stay, he managed to include all of us in the amenities which made enjoy our stay fully. Even found some goodies in our room. Overall we are very pleased with the hotel and its staff. We will come back again for sure!

World class customer service
This place is world class service from the minute you enter . Valets deal with the cab drivers and gather your luggage . Greeters guide you to the front desk . Woody at the front was so amazing to us . Corrected my horrible Korean in a polite way explained all the amenities in detail walked us to the hotel and arranged our luggage into the room . The room is amazing g and well appointed and as titanium we got upgraded to a magnificent suite . The lounge is huge with constant support at every point . Anything you need is a phone call away and they come to the room a minute later .

Well-Managed Stay at The Westin Josun Seoul
I stayed at The Westin Josun Seoul. Service flow was efficient, and overall operations met five-star expectations. During check-in, Hotelier Zoey Park handled everything with professionalism and a clear, welcoming attitude, which made the process smooth. I had visited once during the late pandemic and was disappointed by the dated facilities, so I hadn’t returned. This stay changed my view — the property feels updated, functional, and well-managed. I would consider staying again.

A great hotel for tourists
At first I was a little hesitant to book a Westin. The brand is ok in the US but can be hit or miss. After reading all the glowing reviews I decided to take a leap of faith. The hotel location is perfect for tourist. The hotel is not exactly new, the room is ok but they all make it up with service quality and food. room service and breakfast in the lounge were excellent. They make Marriott members feel valued. This is not ultra luxury, but it's a great hotel in the city for tourists.
