A cool breeze in December, low humidity, warm sea and sunny skies; the unit 201 has been spruced up and is so bright and happy.....just like the Cayman people. Tons of room inside and outside the unit..dining room seats 8 inside, 6 outside....friends & family adore joining us!

My husband and daughter booked this hotel to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant and amenities are outstanding. Elena and Danielle did everything to make my celebration perfect including special dietary restrictions. My 3 year old grandson had so much fun and they provided chid friendly tour information when he was not playing in the pool or ocean! We booked the 3 bedroom villa and accommodations were immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The ocean lounge chairs are not placed too close to each other as we noticed with other resort hotels. The ocean side wait staff are amazing and attentive but not pushy with cocktails. We met visitors from all over the world. I highly recommend the Caribbean Club!

Yes, Seven Mile Beach is gorgeous. The balcony overlooking the crystal blue warm Caribbean Sea was amazing. The condo was spacious with 3 bedrooms and in suite bathrooms. We had an end unit on the 6th floor of the Tower Suites. The pool villas and beachfront villas sat in 3 story buildings flanking the sides of the Tower Suites making the higher floors nice for less obstructed views. While the end unit provided more light and windows, the back corner bedroom was directly above the trash dumpster. Plus, the Tower Suites were directly off the main thoroughfare making both back bedrooms subject to traffic noise and crowing roosters. The full kitchen was nicely stocked with ground coffee maker plus expresso machine (resort supplied cartridges). The housekeeping staff did a nice job refreshing the room daily except on Thanksgiving and providing a nightly turndown service. Although the beach was not overly crowded, the lack of beach umbrellas was a surprise after reading reviews. One morning, my wife and daughter rode with Pampered Ponies so we went to the beach after lunch. The attendant, who was very friendly, informed us that no more umbrellas were available and we needed to come down earlier to claim our spot. I counted 26 umbrellas... fairly disappointing considering the service charge for each day. The attendant did provided a cushion for each chair and a cover towel. The beach was great. Mostly fine white sand with only scattered loose rocks. Water shoes not needed. We snorkeled directly off the beach and saw a variety of tropical fish. The parking garage allowed easy self parking with reserved marked space per unit except when the valet for Luca would steal your space to accommodate the restaurant clientele. Front desk staff was average at best. Not engaging or overly friendly throughout our stay. We arrived to Grand Cayman around 1230 PM on Saturday. We elected not to use the Meet and Greet Service given prior experience with condo checkin in other locations. Negotiating customs and car rental made our arrival to the Caribbean Club around 230 PM with room availability just before 4 PM. In my opinion, no need to rush through customs and hurry up and wait elsewhere. We used the time to have a treat across the street and grocery shop.

We were here during slow season and the restaurant closed 2 days after we arrived so this may have affected our experience even though overall it was a good one. PROS Staff: friendly & accommodating. Units: Really enjoyed the Beachfront unit Property: Clean Restaurant: Great if it’s open. Hands down the Best brunch on 7ml beach. Location: Perfect as you are right across the road from a great supermarket and shops so it made things convenient. Also there are a few restaurants nearby that will deliver. Be aware: If you rent a condo in the Tower building then be aware that 2 of the 3 bedrooms will be facing the street and only 1 will have an OV. So no real view for the 2 back bedrooms and they may experience some noise from traffic. That’s the reason we moved from the Tower to a beachfront room so that everyone in our party could have a little nicer view/experience. The best views would be on the 3rd floor Beachfront condos. The most convenient condos are the first floor Beachfront. Walked right out of BF unit onto the beach with lots of loungers and shade nearby. It was great for my mom who had some mobility issues but was able to thoroughly enjoy the beach without having to walk too far. While we were there the elevators in the Tower were often under some kind of unplanned maintenance. No biggie but certainly an inconvenience. All condos are not the same so be specific in asking for what you are looking for in condo style (eg contemporary vs traditional) Before we moved to the Beachfront unit we looked at a few other units in the Tower building and one of them had a funky smell and decor that would have drove us crazy. Again that just a personal preference thing. Would I go back? Yes but only under very specific conditions: if I were there with family, could stay in a BF unit and the restaurant was open. Otherwise If I were there with just my husband (or if you are there with your significant other) I’d recommend the Ritz or the Seafire. Stayed at both after the Caribbean club and thoroughly each one. I think if you know what to expect and you pick the unit that works best for your family you will have a good time.

My wide and I stayed at the Caribbean Club last week and had a WONDERFUL stay. Staff was excellent, property was incredibly clean and our room was exceptional... We have been to Grand Cayman a few years ago and a lot has changed - all for the better. If you are planning a trip to 7 Mile beach area do yourself a favor and have a look at this property before you check out the "big box" mega-branded hotels. The peace and serenity will be well worth the price paid. We had a wonderful, wonderful trip......
