This is a very nice hotel in a very good section of Seville; close enough to walk to most everything, but far enough not to be involved with the crowds at the attractions. Check in was very old school and elegant; no counter, but a couple of desks with easy chairs and a glass of cava for the new guest. The lobby are was beautiful, with a dome of colored glass. Each floor is dedicated to a particular artist and each door on that floor is covered with a print from one of that artist's paintings. The suite was large enough and the view of the dome of the church next door was amazing. I have only two small issues with the room: There are lots and lots and lots of unlabeled light switches and you never know what is going to go on or off when you click on one, such as one light switch next to the bed in the bedroom turns on and off the lights in the sitting room. The second is that the shower/bathtub wall is glass with a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom which can be opened from the bedroom. All in all, the hotel is very nice and I would stay again, if I ever return to Seville.

We just love this hotel. Every staff member is trained to be respectful and to look after you. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is fantastic, restaurant world class and their tapas bar worth a visit. We had a drink in the bar each night and found our Moroccan waiter so helpful. (no junipers in the gin and tonic since the old waiter retired). Food in the bar is delicious. We had room service once for lunch and it was perfect in its presentation. Product in bathroom fabulous and we even had our own iron and ironing board. Hotel is in a great position with taxis right outside the door.

We stayed two nights after a cruise and were delighted with large, very comfortable beds and cool air conditioning in the heat wave. Breakfast boasts 85 items, and all were top quality. Something here no matter which nationality you are. Staff, concierge were great, and spoke excellent English. Decor magnificent. Hallways, rooms VERY quiet. Jacuzzi tub on roof top with glass wall to city views - NICE! One very odd thing is the bath /shower with glass wall see through to the bedroom. This has a modesty curtain on room side but it is a foot shorter than the shower wall. Not suitable for some room mates! Also, tub was very high and had a stair step to get in and not enough hand rails - so NOT suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel in walking distance of so many things. checking in was easy super nice and helpful; Our room was on the Red Level the view from our room was beautiful. Rooms were clean, nice size, AC worked great, bed comfortable and bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was very nice included in our rate, many things to choose from fruits, cheeses, meats, cereals, breads and pastries. Had an area with eggs of different types . The red lounge was a great place to hang out in the afternoon after touring.

This was not my first choice for a hotel in Seville, but perhaps it should have been. The location was great, just enough outside the center to be quiet and spacious, but not too far. We got a room on the first floor with a huge terrace with a table for 4 and queen sized day bed. The room was well appointed, clean, great amenities, and just great overall. There was one issue, which can be resolved very easily. We were scheduled to go on a tour of Granada, and they were going to pick us up from the hotel around 7 am. We requested that breakfast be brought by 6, however, at about 6:15, with no one showing up, I opened the door to find that the card had not been taken from the night before. I had left it outside at around 11PM. All you need to do is make sure someone comes by every room when they say they will and this place will be perfect!
