5star service
so this is the 4th year and time we have stayed here. great staff and service. The staff behind the bar Chris and Dani we had many laughs and conversations amongst their professional service. Negative.. the new uniform… it looks like some staff are wearing hospital scrubs .. and nobody has a clear identity unless they work in the sahara desert 🏜️ shame amazing 5 star hotel with professional service but let down my a tatty uniform. thank you again for a great stay .

Great Hotel
This is a great hotel, well located for a stay in Seville. The staff in particular were great and very welcoming on arrival. The Red Level is very good, with the lounge providing a nice area in which to relax.

Wonderful stay
Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel. All staff were friendly, warm and extremely helpful and accommodating. My daughter has disabilities and the staff went out of their way to support her. Facities we're brilliant and rooms exceptional. We had access to the red level lounge which was amazing! I can't recommend this hotel enough. A wonderful stay!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at in the world. The service was unbelievable and we would definitely recommend this - we were a family of 4 with two young children in an interconnecting room and it was perfect

A Luxurious Gem in heart of Seville!
Wow…. What a truly fantastic experience our stay was at this beautiful hotel! Upon walking into the hotel, it’s extremely luxurious and smells great! We were greeted with a glass of cava on arrival, and we were celebrating a birthday and they kindly upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise! The room was brilliant, and beds comfortable! The breakfast was very tasty and a wide selection to choose from. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, walking distance to the main attractions and areas in Seville. Would highly recommend and certainly stay again! Thank you for making our stay extra special!
