Disappointed stay
The staff was wonderful - very kind and helpful. The physical hotel is tired feeling and needs an update!! There were hairs in bathroom when we got to room so I was not happy about that. Bathroom is a strange design and small. Sink area looked very used and cheap. The connecting rooms were nice for family situation. The location was fine except there were men loitering all day across the street and that was weird. They were from hostel in small street. Surprised the hotel did not report them as their behavior was suspect. Wish we had stayed at King Alfonso hotel. Better location and hotel looked very up to date

Don’t stay here
The stay would have been fine if they did the right thing. So we stayed here for 3 nights and we had purchased some pants from Zara just 1 item. We left it in our room and when we got back, the bag was gone. They investigated and said that through the cameras, they cannot prove that their housekeeper took the shopping bag. We had 2 shopping bags, one was trash and the other was the pants. Both were gone. We assumed she got confused and thought that they were both trash. After 2 days, they said they cannot prove that she took it so we are out of that loss. And if we wanted to make a police report we could but that there was no way they can compensate the missing cost. It was only $40 that we were asking for and they couldn’t do that. Super disappointing. She kept saying to check our bags, that it may be in there somewhere. Never again staying here.
