Hotel was beautiful Staff by the pool were beyond excellent, it was 2 younger men who took care of us and they were very polite and timely The front desk took very long (over 4 hours) to get our room ready which was frustrating The bedding was very comfy and the ena restaurant was delicious

We stay a lot of really nice hotels, this one is in the top three. Absolutely perfect location and perfect service. I was really blown away by everything. The only service I’ve ever encountered that was on par with this hotel is the Waldorf Astoria in Cabo, which is well known in the Travel community is having some of the best service in the world. This place was just outstanding. The Concierge team and front desk was helpful with everything, the location in the middle of Seville was amazing, and honestly, I could live there the rest of my life. This is a hotel to remember and honestly there’s really no reason to go to Seville unless you are staying at this hotel. It made the experience that much nicer and one that we will always remember. Thank you so much at the Hotel staff and Concierge for making such a great experience for us!

We had a recent stay with friends and family in Sevilla, during the busiest time of the year during La Feria de Sevilla. Our group (consisting of 19 people and staying in nine rooms) were greeted as if we were in a small boutique hotel. The attention, service and details were amazing and greatly appreciated. Above all, the Concierge staff, and in particular Francisco Lorenzo (along with Antonio Morilla) made sure our check-in and stay were impeccable! They achieved the impossible during these busy times, from river cruises to horse carriages to visits to the feria to dinner reservations. For those that haven’t been to the Feria - reservations are no small feat - let alone for a group of 19 people! Apart from the fabulous attentions, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms spacious and welcoming. Felt like a boutique hotel! We highly recommend this beautiful property and once again pass out thanks and appreciation to the hotel staff and the Concierge team!! We stay in top hotels around the world and Hotel Alfonso XIII - and their staff - are in the top of the list!

Our cycle tour guide recommended we pop in to see the decor and have a drink in the bar. It was a great tip. The staff were very welcoming, and there is a sizeable area you can walk around without being a guest. We then sat in the bar area and were very surprised at the reasonably priced drinks. So much so that we stayed for a couple as the surroundings were so pleasant. This was a much nicer experience than we expected and would highly recommend it if you're in the area. If my lottery numbers come up we'll return as guests!

A beautiful old hotel that time has passed by. The rooms are old looking. The service is average at best. Lots of people standing around doing nothing. Do not book rooms in the front part of the hotel. Very noisy. This hotel has seen better days.
