Four Seasons excellence as expected. Be sure to ask the concierge for a directions card when you leave the hotel. It was one of the best I've seen. Ask the concierge to write out in Chinese where you want to go. Excellent breakfast buffet with a mixture of Western and Asian foods.

I love Four Seasons as always, staying at Four Seasons Shanghai which located in the heart of Shanghai in the old shanghai district, and I was in a newly renovated room, but a very big hotel in terms of size, but friendly and luxurious homy. From the moment you stepped in the hotel, the friendly staffs will greet you and take you all the way from check in to your room, very well-trained and considerate staffs are always there to help. The Four Seasons Mobile app would also convenient your stay, simply tapping on the app, you will almost get what you want from the hotel. Ā  I had dinner at the Siji Xuan, the Chinese restaurant at 2nd floor of the hotel, enjoyed a crossover of Cantonese and Shanghainese food, a mixture of essence from both cuisines, and creatively presented the best of both.

The 4 Seasons Shanghai was an incredible experience for my business travel. The value was amazing and I planned the entire business trip through the Concierge who was more than helpful in booking train tickets and car services. Overall a MUST HAVE for international travel wherever there is a 4 Seasons

I love four seasons for their consistency. though I felt it is less than other FS I have been too in terms of standards but still a very good property and recommend it. Love the executive club, first FS that I experience with this lounge.
