Overall a good experience!
Overall good service and facilities. Had to wait awhile for the room key and was compensated with breakfast which was very nice. Hotel staff should aspire to have a good English speaker at the front desk at every time. Also, two or three more English TV channels would be nice. Thank you!

Great location
Fantastic location, in the financial district and very near a metro. Great views of the tv tower from our bedroom. Walking distance to some restaurants, Air Jordan shop and a very expensive mall so it was nice to walk out of hotel. Lovely staff although English is not widely spoken so a bit challenging but that’s the whole of Shanghai tbh. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, super busy and so big but it was a good breakfast. Rooms could do with a refurb but it’s a smart hotel and I would stay here again.loved Shanghai!
