Reviews for Raffles Grand Hotel D'Angkor
A delightful hotel with old world restored charm, including the elevator. The staff is all very helpful and accommodating. One friend said she felt like being in the hotel was like stepping back into a movie. IF you want new and modern, this is not the place for you. This hotel is comfortable and clean.

We spent 3 nights at Raffles in Siem Reap and it was a fantastic experience, it lived up to everything I have heard about Raffles and more. The hotel was a beautiful colonial hotel, the service impeccable and the food delicious. Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the park and a nice large bathroom. The swimming pool was huge and a great way to cool off in the afternoon. We got a massage at the spa, which was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed the Aspara dinner which gave us a nice taste of Cambodian culture. Breakfast was amazing with lots of delicious choices.

Excellent service and beautiful room in all its grandeur. Typical Raffles experience in a beautiful serene atmosphere where you will never hear the word no. Have stayed in both Raffles properties in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap and both are similar yet distinctive in their own way. Champagne breakfast seven days a week included in the cost of the room? Yes please. Could spend the whole morning there eating and drinking as the food was wonderful and the service impeccable. Very large pool out back that could have used a bit more shade, but nice just the same. Location is very convenient to Angkor Wat, and is just a five minute drive to the ticket office. Also convenient to the night market and pub street, though not quite walking distance and I do suspect the average Raffles guest does not spend much time on pub street, judging by the advanced age of the majority of guests I saw there who appeared to be in town on high-end package tours. For this price point, you can’t go wrong with either Raffles or the Park Hyatt, though I do find the Park Hyatt to be a bit more intimate due to it’s smaller size and boutique hotel feel, though Raffles wins out in the breakfast category on account of the Champagne.
I have stayed at the Siem Reap Raffles twice, and i cannot say enough great things about the property. The location, setting, rooms, amenities, food and service are second to none. Especially enjoyed the help we received from Thierry, the hotel’s top notch receptionist/concierge. She went out of her way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable, and she succeeded!

This is a great hotel very conveniently located. The service is fantastic as is the food. This is a great resort to enjoy the beauty of Cambodia. The staff is very accommodating to any need of the guest. The food is very representative of regional Cambodian cuisine. The pool area is very relaxing with a bar.
