I truly believe the service we got at Conrad orchard was the highlight of our stay. Thanks to Miro, L, Monique, Ramesh, and all the team for making us feel at home. Excellent service at this hotel. Especially in the executive lounge. Ramesh, Amy, Elle and Misoshini were all outstanding and very welcoming. The hotel is newly refurbished and rooms are large for Singapore standards. I’ve tried a number of sinilar hotels in Singapore over the years but my experience here was the best yet.

The newly renovated Conrad (formerly Regent) in Culscadden Road is superb with first class facilities and excellent customer service across the board. Every member of the staff team has been so friendly and helpful and I would especially highlight the amazing Ms Miroshini, the Assistant Executive Lounge Manager whose warmth and attention was much appreciated. Also, thanks to Ms Monique for her very good service and pleasantness in the lounge. The bedroom was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. It is also handy that the classy Tanglin Mall is adjacent. We will certainly return on next visit to Singapore. Many thanks.

Conrad Orchard is in the former Regent building and is about a 30-minute drive from the airport, SIN. There is plenty of hotels, shopping and restaurants around the hotel with several big shopping centres close by. The hotel is newly refurbished and has several bars and restaurants on the first three floors. A special mention for the Italian restaurant, Basilico, which gas an excellent buffet. On the 11th floor is the executive lounge with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is a good size gym on the second floor as well as a nice outdoor pool with a nice terrace. The rooms are nice and well-planned with modern features, for example the kettle is more like a work of art. Service is as always at Conrad, excellent! A great choice for Singapore

Executive Lounge team is really good. Manager Ramesh makes the effort to engage guests and check-in regularly in them. Assistant Manager Miroshini made the check-in experience really welcoming and warms you up to the place and the team. Speaking to Ell makes you feel happy because she is so lively, bubbly and cheerful, and importantly genuine. Ell makes effort to remember guests and their preferences. I feel very well taken-care of at the executive lounge. Evening cocktail featured soup from Summer Palace and pizza from Basilico. Both were fantastic. Alcohol selection is decent. The bathrobe feels really smooth and good. TV is big, has screen mirroring (Samsung). The shower steamer and special tea blend at turn-down is a really nice touch. I like that there is filtered water tap in the room. The only drawbacks in this hotel for me were the pool (really small circle, not suitable for laps) and lack of jacuzzi/steam room to relax. The gym was well-equipped and spacious though, and even have some programmes that guests can participate in.
