From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. Jason at Reception welcomed us and escorted us to our room which overlooked bay. This was a belated trip to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirement. We had received a room upgrade and welcome gifts. So thoughtful and kind. Enjoyed early morning swims in rooftop pool and made use of gym. Excellent breakfasts with huge variety. Hotel location walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit but also close to underground. A most beautiful hotel, would love to return.

The Landing Point at Fullerton Bay is the perfect spot to relax and appreciate Singapore. It has stunning views of Marina Bay Sands, a great selection of TWG teas and Bacha coffees, and the flavors of the set were all well balanced. Service was excellent! Preetha was very kind and attentive, and took really great pictures (even before I asked)! I really enjoyed my birthday here. :)

My wife and I recently stayed 2 nights at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. The staff are the best we have encountered in 50 years of travel. Reception staff were exceptional and met every one of our needs. The rooms are luxurious and the rooftop pool and bar are great places to relax. We will certainly stay at the Fullerton Bay again in the future.

My partner and I booked the end of month Sunday BBQ brunch (28/04/2024) in the Lantern bar and restaurant on the rooftop of the Fullerton Bay Hotel. The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. We booked the package which allowed for free flowing champagne, wine, beer and selected cocktails for the duration of our booking. We felt this was worth the extra cost. The food selection on offer was superb with a range of fresh salads to start and then a wide variety of meat and fish, which is freshly BBQ’d and paired accompaniments/side dishes. There was steak, lamb, pork ribs, salmon, prawns - everything you can think of that would be delicious on a BBQ! All the food was prepared and cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was brilliant too, with a DJ playing music during the brunch, and the drinks were flowing. All of this whilst over looking the beautiful Marina Bay Sands. The service was excellent too and the staff made sure everyone was well catered for. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found it to be great value for money, particularly due to the quality of food and drink available. We would recommend to anyone looking for a fun afternoon with fantastic food and tasty cocktails! Thank you to the Lantern staff for a lovely afternoon!

My family came here on short notice for our birthday celebrations and it was a pleasant surprise! The staff there, and special mention to JJ, were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable since it was our first time dining there. JJ was also very helpful with explaining the menu and considerate in catering each dish they served to our grandmother’s needs without any prompt. They also prepared a small surprise for us by giving us a birthday cake, but I was most grateful to them for helping us not only take a commemorative photo but also printing it out and giving them to us on their postcard to remember the special occasion! Thank you! Would like to recommend their dessert, the apple tarte tatin, it was unique and also a very pleasant way to end the meal :)
