Fantastic stay close by the convention centre. My room was kept lovely and clean by Ding who made sure I had everything I needed for a very enjoyable stay! Thanks Ding! Amenities and wifi are excellent. Hmmmm need another few characters……..

Have been arranging my corporate events here and the service from the banquet team has always been top notch. Definitely highly recommend for anyone looking to host a meeting or event at this hotel. Not to mention the meeting rooms are newly renovated.

At first view when entering : wow, it's huge and classy! On front-desk : the receptionist took my check-in fast which was great point for me, but wished managing with a bit more nicer tone. Staying in my room : the bed was cozy, the air conditioner was fine, easy to control, the bathroom was cool with simple&marble floor and good amenities. So comfortable with separate space between toilet and shower booth. the TV was available with my iPhone so that I can enjoy the screen mirroring. Dining service(Edge) : On 3rd floor, there is big dining buffet, very impressive to have a good memory with my fiance and also the staffs there were nice with us There were many lift(elevator), but the it was not really fast to go up/down. so a bit waste time on the floor for those who are impatient like me.

The reception and concierge were excellent - so helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, modern and spotless. The hotel is well located to most of Singapore’s key attractions and there is an MRT stop right next door. We had a late, light meal in the bistro on the ground floor which was delicious and, again, the service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

My friends and I had a fantastic visit once again! Food and service is incomparable.
