Reviews for Pan Pacific Singapore
I spent an amazing 3 days and 2 nights of staycation at Pan Pacific Singapore, during which I celebrated my birthday with my wife and daughter. The Balcony room that I stayed in was splendid as it met all my expectations, such as bathtub, sofa for relaxing, bar counter to chill over drinks etc. Room was very spacious which allowed my 2-year old daughter to run around and play on her own. I must say that the room is more child-friendly than I had expected. As it was my birthday, they also threw in a complimentary cake and a bottle of wine, much to my delight. I look forward to my next staycation at the Pan Pacific, maybe for my wife's birthday! Last but not least, thanks to Rafael and his team of dedicated and passionate crew for being such excellent hosts!

We recently stayed over for a weekend trip with our infant. On our first night we found alot of ants crawling on table and bed frame and ac were not cold. We requested for technician to check. Before even looking, technician said "we never had ants problem here" he was so confident before even checking. Shouldn't you check first before saying anything? He finally confirmed there were ants with the operator and told us they will get a pest control to spray first thing in the am. Are you serious? We have an infant here and on a holiday. We requested to move to a different room and he was reluctant but we keep insisting. The room is not very child friendly. The head frame has shelf that's hidden behind the pillows. If you have an active child, you will need to be very careful.

This was our second visit and we loved it even more this time. From the attentive staff everywhere but especially in the pacific club, to the fabulous facilities, location and the great food. Loved it all. Cannot wait to return.
-Just 2 mins walk to MRT station (Promenade). -wide selection of buffet breakfast, but the coffee made me disappointed every morning, I had to visit cafe afterward to have a proper coffee. -close to the Marina Bay, very nice to have a night walk. -no local hawker food close by, but lots of upscale bars and restaurants.

Had a wonderful 4 nights at the Pan Pacific, Marina Bay. Outstanding room with a view across the bay plus a breakfast buffet to die for. Pool area was gorgeous and relaxing. As where the pods t the bottom of the elevators. Across the road from the hawkers market and all the major activities around the bay including shopping centres. We will be back!
