Highly appreciated to Ms. Hong (Jisu)- Guest relations Executive! I had a great chance to visit to The St. Regis Singapore and Ms. Hong has been around with us during our stay ( 1 night) as a butler. First of all, it was a great great stay and we would love to leave our compliment messages to your hotel as we hope Ms. Hong should be recognized with great services. From the time we got a check-in, she offered great services with warm welcome. She was very talented and kept smiling to us with warm-hearted service mentality. After the check-in, she assisted us to navigate the room and she explaiend diverse facilities we can use during our stay. After arriving the room, she was helping us to get complimentary butler coffee / tea services and she was checking frequently if we are having a great stay at your hotel which was also appreciated Thanks to her, we had a great stay at The St. Regis Singapore and we would love to visit your hotel in the near future and we believe that Ms. Hong should be recognized with her dedication. St Regis Astor Grill - Birthday Lunch
I had a birthday lunch with my husband at St Regis Astor Grill. Service is always fantastic especially by lovely hospitality by our waiter Saravanan. He is thoughtful and always a great face to see when we swing by. Food is consistently amazing.

Extremely prompt service and personal touch provided by Sofia, Huixin and Dennis for the wedding event at Caroline mention. The service team displayed a professional image and delivered a wonderful job.

Bespoke butler service
The room - a bit old but classic. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is great. Butlers - we loved them so much! Their service is on-demand and always carried on time! Breakfast - Chinese and Indian focused. Egg Benedict should be improved as it is served only semi-cooked. Other than that, the food is great. The whole experience - they do their best to make our stay special. We’ve got so many great services while staying there. Highly recommended.

Had a pleasant brunch here, food was great for it's price, service was very friendly, especially Saravanan. Would definitely come back again!
