Spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Every aspect of the hotel is inviting, from the lobby decor to the tea room in the lobby. The staff is very kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is spectacular, the afternoon tea in the executive lounge wonderful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay - comfortable bed, spacious room (King), and nice amenities. Staff were very professional and always helpful, whether it was a cab or directions. Drinks in the bar were ok, but the food in the restaurant exceeded expectations for most hotel restaurants. The fitness center had enough equipment and was well-maintained. The gentleman there was super nice and even came to remember by name. I never had such service at a hotel gym before! I used Amex's fine hotel and resort benefits and everything went smooth there, too. I'm not sure I got a room upgrade (maybe just to a higher floor?), but an early check-in, late check-out, and credits were all used. My only complaint about the hotel was the elevators. Maybe some were down for maintenance, but they stop at too many floors. More than once I had 3-5 stops going up or going down. Sometimes more people couldn't even fit on yet it continued to stop. If it's not maintenance, they seem to be in need of a software upgrade. Lots of restaurants and some shopping nearby. It was probably a 20-minute walk to the tree grove and nearby sites. Not always the most pedestrian-friendly area in terms of crosswalk availability, but it's ok.

The location of the hotel is great. Just next to suntec mall and in close proximity to the MRT station. The rooms are big for Singapore standards. The breakfast spread is lavish with continental and Indian food. The best part is their courteous staff. They are very kind. Enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here for one night while en route to Vietnam, it’s a nice hotel with impressive lobby and updated rooms (at least the suite I was lucky enough to stay in), just nothing spectacular. The breakfast was OK but not great, relatively limited buffet and quite busy at the weekend for some unknown reason.

Unbelievable Stay at the 5 star Hotel. The staff were so attentive and professional at all costs. The hotel itself was stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. The executive lounge was well run and with very nice views of the marina. The hotel was located in a great location with many restaurants and shops It was easy to get a taxi if you wanted to visit other areas of the city which was a plus...use GRAB. Overall the staff was fantastic throughout the Hotel. Only criticism that I have is the restaurant Oscar's for breakfast.....a complete mess with inferior offerings in a cafeteria setting with people scrambling to get their food at the buffet...NOT GOOD AT ALL. The staff in Oscar's were wonderful but given a space that isn't up to par or set up properly is a losing situation. Great hotel and wonderful stay. We will be back next year and will stay there again. Thank you staff for making our trip awesome.
