The Vagabond Hotel is breathtakingly stunning. The decor is beautiful. The staff here are very attentive and very helpful. Sufri made sure I was well taken care of. Everyone is nice! They Whisky Bar is to die for. The area around the hotel is fantastic with Indian food and dim sum and very fun to explore. Would give 10 stars if I could!

As others said, the service is quite good at this hotel. Sufri and his team at guest services and Pheobe at the bar are helpful and will make you feel at home. Drinks and snacks are excellent, and the room is comfy too. This property is fine for 1-2 nights tops especially if you are using points. Billing it as a five-star does it a disservice. Guests would be much more pleased if their expectations were adjusted to a four-star boutique property. Although the design bones of the space are still good, it’s starting to look passé. I’m generally a fan of Jacques Garcia but the motifs that were a hit since 2000’s are starting to wane excitement. And for goodness sakes, please get rid of that annoying “art” installation in the elevator — there are better ways to achieve what it’s going for today.

Upon reaching the hotel, ìt does not look like 5 star hotel.Room was small and there is no room service 24 hrs.Location out of town. No gym and Swimming pool.No club acess for member.Very noisy as pubs around.Good thing staff is friendly however no concierge

The best part about this hotel is the service. Yes, it is a boutique styled hotel; no gym, sauna, etc. But what you can be assured with is the dedication of the staff we came across to ensure the stay was as enjoyable as possible. From the front of house staff led by Sufri, we were well accommodated by Ali and Tharanee who went above and beyond. To including the bar staff, Shah and Zey who were more than hospitable during this stay. We hope to visit again. Thank you.

Eclectic hotel with a very cool bar. If you're lucky, Phoebe will be working and she is the consummate host. Excellent cocktails and a huge whisky library
