We were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend 6 child free days in Singapore. Recently opened I chose the hotel due to the fact it was close to Orchard MTR station and we had previously had a great experience staying at the Pan Pacific in London. We were not disappointed by our choice. The staff welcomed us like they already knew us and couldn’t have done anything more than they did. The check in was quick and we were given a balcony room on the 21st floor. This was well equipped and comfortable. There was a mini bar, Nespresso coffee machine and iron. We liked the day bed on the balcony and used it to good effect. We had access to the Pacific Club Lounge and enjoyed excellent breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks/small plates in the evening. Edlyn and Lorenzo were very helpful and we also were well looked after by Raj and Claudine. We also ate breakfast some days in the Mosella restaurant where the selection was excellent, there were no queues and the staff looked after us well. We only used the swimming pool once but it was of a good size and was in the style of a beach. We would 100% recommend this hotel as a great choice for either a short break or business stay. Our only complaint was the room lacked storage space to allow us to unpack our clothes but this was only a small niggle and we managed to cope. The room attendants were also great and by the time we came back from breakfast each day, the room had been refreshed and towels were changed and bed turned down each evening. The lounge experience was something was well worth the additional small cost.

A fabulous evening having drinks and being attended by Fahmi at Breeze bar who showed us around the hotel and made us some incredible cocktails including the Maple Old Fashioned. Thanks to Fahmi and team for great service and your gorgeous hotel !!

Love this exceptionally beautiful hotel!! Stayed there over the weekend for my husband’s advance birthday celebration and the team (Bryan, Jeff and Serene) prepared a birthday card, macaroon and decorations for the occasion. Its so thoughtful and sweet of them!! Thank you!! 🫶🏼 We also had lunch at the Pacific Breeze and the food was amazing. Thank you Razif for the excellent service. And the balcony view overlooking the pool was definitely the highlight of the stay!! Highly recommended for their top tier service and the amazing architecture 💯

Excellent room, great location, great breakfast, very good all rounded. Customer experience was excellent from check in - stay - check out 100/100 a small let down was a bit far from MRT but manageable. They are highly recognized GHA status with out asking

STAY AWAY, IT’S NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Our staying experience did not meet the hotel’s advertised standards at all - it’s essentially a fraud. We were initially assigned to a room with uncleaned and broken facilities, including the shower and in-room phone. Upon our feedback, they changed us to yet another room with malfunction facilities - the fridge and yet again the in-room phone. Not having a working phone in the room means you COULD NOT REACH RECEPTION AT ALL as their contact number is always busy, and no one bothered to pick up. Unclear if this is a means to SILENCE THE CUSTOMERS. We reached several different departments in the hotel to raise our compliant but received nothing more than a copy-and-paste corporate statement. The hotel clearly doesn’t care about their reputation and you will NOT be getting any form of ratification, let alone compensation, for any inconvenience or ECONOMIC DAMAGES they caused. STAY AWAY FROM ALL PAN PACIFIC HOTELS.
